As a designer, this is the ONLY place to shop for plumbing fixtures. I've been to many plumbing showrooms and Decorator's Plumbing is the only showroom that has helped me understand product and design. This store was really good before, now they have a terrible customer service. I would not recommend this place to anyone, do yourself a favor and find another company. Specially if you are a design company, working with them will disappoint your clients.

Just needed an emergency shower valve for my client. They found one but couldn't get it delivered to them in time. When I asked since I can't get it from you can you tell me who has it in stock so I can pick it up they said no they will not tell me. Thanks for helping a fellow small business out. I do about 5 or 6 bath rooms and kitchens a week and promise the first words out if my mouth no matter who you use don't use decorators plumbing for your design and fixtures is coming out if my mouth.
