We called Zoom Drain because our kitchen sink was clogged and the drain needed to be cleaned. From the moment they answered the call they were very helpful and very prompt on getting us the help we needed. They scheduled a technician to come out the same day that we called them.
Our technician, Rick MacKillop arrived and my husband and I couldn’t have been happier. He was very informative and was very kind. Zoom Drain saved us thousands of dollars. After two years of dealing with issues related to our septic tank, we were scheduling a drain field replacement. Before we were to make a decision, we searched via the internet for hydro jetting services when we found Zoom Drain. During the hydro jetting service, we discovered that the connection to the drain field was broken off. Rick, the technician, was amazing & went above & beyond to help us resolve our issue. Our encounter with Zoom Drain, from scheduling our appointment to the service itself was extremely professional. We highly recommend Zoom Drain for anyone who may be experiencing problems with their drain field or other drain-related issues.

I called in Zoom Drains to inspect the plumbing in a rental property that's undergoing renovations. They were very helpful in identifying the problems in the pipe, gave me detail explanations and videos of the pipes, and talked to my plumber in remediating the problem. The team was there for hours nailing down the problem and doing a thorough cleaning on the old pipes. Lisa was great to work with in scheduling. Very satisfied overall.

I had a new flush tower installed in a Toto toilet. The Zoom plumber did an excellent job. In addition, the price was very reasonable and was set in advance, and the plumber was on time and very efficient. I have worked with several plumbing companies in the Miami area and, in my opinion, Zoom is at the top of the list. I will definitely be calling Zoom again.

Just to let you all know Oz came over to our home today because we had some problems with our toilet and he was very knowledgeable about our problem. He really really wanted to help us figure out exactly what had happened and he took pictures .
And explained everything to me about toilets, the plumbing, the water flow more than I’ve ever wanted to know. I now know lol. all around I think he was a good representation of your company And if we ever need anything done with our plumbing, will definitely call and ask for Oz

Would highly recommend. I sent out a message to check my kitchen sink and the response was immediate. Mario was very professional and fast. I did the jet treatment and never realized how much build up I had of grease over the years. He showed me a camera thru the pipes of the build up. And showed the clean up after. It's like I have a new pipe.

Mario was professional and knowledgeable. He always ask before proceeding and explained with detail what he was going to do. Cleaned up and even explained the warranty. Overall, it was a great experience.

Oz Deen was outstanding. Easy to talk to and very professional. I will definitely call him if we need to address a clog in the future. Can't recommend this company and Oz especially if you have a clog that needs cleaning.

Oz was great. He was courteous and able to quickly determine the problem with my old cast iron piping. He was thorough in his explanation of the sink drainage. Problem solved and the pipes are good as new. Would definitely call on him again to help in the future.

I called them on a Friday and they were out by Saturday. The camera inspection went great. It was easy to understand. Mario took the time to explain everything to me.

After two days of going back and forth with our usual Plumber, trying to have back up from our toilet fixed, and having him tell us, it would take another day as he needed to rent more equipment , we happened to drive by a Zoom Drain truck, we called and scheduled with them.

Oz showed up right on time, after checking all out he let us know our options.

Being a dated construction with a couple of previous owners turns out we had a mix of PVC and cast iron pipes, clog was over 40 feet away in one of the cast iron sections, good thing in the truck. He had all the equipment and parts needed to get this solved.

So happy we bumped into that zoom drain truck and that they sent OZ as he did a fine job, left everything spic and span listening and answering our questions .

Mario did a great job, was very careful and clean. I paid extra for the water jet snake which was well worth it. We had a huge grease clog at our kitchen sink drain. All cleared and drains faster than it has in a long time! Will recommend Zoom Drain to anyone with a problem.

Very satisfied with the service. Victor went above and beyond. I was ready to give up but he never lost hope. He tried several times unclogging the pipes (clogged with tree roots and flushable wipes) until it finally worked. Keep up the great job. Thank you!

Called this company to get an estimate for a sewer drain camera inspection and possibly a hydro jetting of the drain if needed, the process and comunication was excellent, from that initial phone call to the office, to the technician that showed up. Oz. Deen was very polite and respectful, he showed up when he said he would and took the time to properly do the job and explained everything step by step. Overall I was very satisfied with the service, and the pricing was upfront and reasonable. I definitely recommend this company and will use them again if needed in the future.

Phenomenal service! They got a service man (Mario) to me in an hour (for a non emergency service, that's just how fast they are) and everything was great. Mario was very nice and helpful and fixed the problem right away. Great service, happy to have a working garbage disposal again.

Rick was very prompt, arriving within the window I was told. Once at my home, he assessed my clogged toilet and gave me a worse and best case scenario estimate. After clearing the clog, luckily within the best case scenario, he cleaned up after himself. I was very happy with his professionalism and expertise. I highly recommend.

After receiving a very high quote from another company, I called Zoom drain and they were able to send a team out within a few hours and complete the job At less than half the price saving us over $600. The work was performed well and the Overall experience was very good.. I highly recommend Zoom Drain for plumbing services.
