Professional, punctual service. The process from an assessment from Bill a Certified Arborist who was very knowledgeable and who demonstrates a passion for his profession to scheduling , cutting and cleaning afterwards there were no surprises.
The on site supervisor Gene and his crew were great listening and responding to my concerns. Would not hesitate to recommend.

I want to thank Native Tree Service for the great job they did trimming my trees. I am a residential customer with just two trees and was treated as if I was the only customer. I tried to get my neighbors on board so we call have our trees trimmed at the same time. This turned out to be very difficult. I asked for many variations of the proposal and they complied professionally to each one. When it was just me left with a smaller job, I became a pest because of the time it took with the neighbors. I realized my delay and started obsessing about my oak trees (not that uncommon) and wanted them cut right away, regardless of the delay I caused. Native Tree Service promptly trimmed the trees (beautifully) and was very pleasant about, even after I became irrational about the trees (yes, this happens). They handled me perfectly even at my worst. I strongly recommend them for the skilled arborist and their customer service.

Unprofessional starting with the owners

I belong to the Board of Directors of a Condominium. I called Native Tree and they took 2 weeks to go to the Condo to quote for tree and palm trimming. Kathy who thinks is the owner has a very rough attitude. When they finally arrived to do the estimate, Kathy called and said that this was not going to work because there was no one that spoke English, mind you we had instructed them to go to the office in the clubhouse. When they arrived at the clubhouse they found 2 people that spoke English and then the guy doing the estimate said that he didn't need anyone to accompany him to go around the complex. I am still waiting for the estimate and when I called yesterday, Kathy told me that she was doing a time sensitive job, that she would get back to me. Today I called and the estimate is not ready yet. I called again and asked to leave a message to the owner and sarcastically she supposedly will let the owner know. If they are this irresponsible with quotes imagine if you contract them to do the job. Norma Espinet -Sovereigns Condominium

I wish I knew what happened to this company. Twice I used them with great results. This year I couldn’t even get them on the phone. When I finally did after 2 months someone came out to look at my property and said they would send me an estimate. That was over 2 months ago so I had to find another company. Amazing how often this happens in South FL.

I had good luck with Native Tree Service personally with my Oak and Silver Buttonwood tree trims. However, this company was recently awarded a contract to service the grounds in Lakes of the Meadow. They are an absolute catastrophe of an operation in this capacity, tip to tail. Drive around and inside the neighborhood. We look third world since they’ve assumed command. They’ll be done soon here at LoM, rest assured. For anyone else thinking of them in the future, save yourself a headache and find someone else.
