    Careful.
    They caused damage to an animal enclosure, and are making the insurance claim complicated with their insurance provider.

    If I could give no stars I would. Extremely unprofessional. Damaged animal enclosures + animals. Does not want to take responsibility for the actions of his company. Making claims process extremely difficult. Not answering emails or calls when situation is brought up to him! Don’t use this company.
