Austin came and put in a new air conditioner for me, he was nice and friendly and showed up on time and the unit has been working great

I called onshore cooling on a Sunday evening on Easter no one would come out when I called a few others we had family over he came in and found the issue in minutes it seemed and got it fixed was a simple capacitor and he explained everything and also talked to use about his maintenance plan and I’m happy to say I found my new AC company thanks Austin

HVAC problems? Onshore is the company to call. Small and family owned company with an amazing technician. Speedy response from Austin, who was knowledgeable with his craft. Did not overcharge and gave me honest solutions for our problems. Other companies wanted to replace our unit and charge over 6k. Austin was able to get our unit up and running that same day. Great, honest, service at a good price! I live in Cape Coral and my AC was still running and blowing cold air but not enough to cool the house. I have a wife and four kids and I have to make sure the house is livable. Austin responded and arrived quickly he determined the issue without telling me I needed to replace my whole system. Within an hour the AC was up and running again. I expected to pay a lot but Austin made the repair inexpensive! I am going to recommend Onshore Cooling to my friends and neighbors!
