gente amable gente respetuosa los precios muy buenos y te hacen precio. la tienda está bien surtida de materiales y si no lo tienen al momento te lo buscan de otra tienda. y te llaman cuando lo tienen y venden herramienta de todo para el electricista. Se los recomiendo compre esto muy bueno el producto

Friendly people respectful people very good prices and they make you price. the store is well stocked with materials and if they do not have it at the moment they look for you from another store. and they call you when they have it and sell everything for the electrician. I recommend you buy this very good product

I purchase a lot of material from City Electric. They do a pretty good job getting my materials to me, and being responsive when I need them.

Very helpful even though they did not have the part I needed they directed me to other suppliers in Orlando I could call. Will call again when I need something.

By far the best city electric i go to. They always have what you need and Linda at the front desk is very helpful, she is very nice and will answer any questions you have . I recommend this store !!! Ask for Linda if ever making up a order she has never got my order wrong has always ben on point .

Fantastic service. I was able to get everything that I needed not knowing much about electricity due to the friendly service provided by this establishment.

The prices are half the price of that of Lowe’s and Home Depot for the items that I purchased.

If you are buying electrical wiring at Lowe’s and Home Depot by the foot, you’re paying almost double.

I went there, specifically, looking for a generator, plug inlet, and the necessary items to be able to connect a generator to my home in the event that we lose power.

They had everything I needed, and I was in and out of that place within a few minutes.

Bad service, I ordered some breakers when I go pick them up two weeks later i wasted one hour waiting for them to tell me that they forgot to order them

First and last time I come here. New guys don’t know what pvc schedule 80 Pipe is, Edgar Was rude, attitude and unprofessional language to a new customer told me “ see ya!” Twice and no Knowledge of materials. Manger in the store don’t know how to stock and locate materials and he is calling several stores to get it done. They tried to locate a single pole 60 amp GE breaker. Never again...

Little staff to attend, the attention of the workers is very poor. I am waiting here for 20 minutes and I did not see a worker here and there are two people in front of me. I do not recommend this place, you will arrive late to your destination or work

I have had an electrical company for over 12 years now. We have had an account with city electric for the last 3 years. For the most it was pleasant and I have no complaints. The guys all new me by name new my number and texted or called/ emailed me with any issues. The last big job we finished we had a job account with City Electric and unfortunately a good deal of invoices ended up on the shop account that should have been on the job account. We ended up taking a big loss on this job however we were able to get the company to pay the entire job account off. I met with Berry, Bill and TIto with a check in February and asked if they would give me time to get the shop account paid. They said no problem just keep making payments. Which I did, we had 1400 remaining on the account as of last week. On Friday last week my wife calls me freaking out, there is someone at my home looking for me. They have two lawsuits from City Electric one against me and one against my company. She served me with the papers in front of my kids, my wife and my neighbors. It was devasting, honestly one of the worst experiences of my professional career. I was also at loss, how could I be served with this lawsuit, I was making payments no one called or emailed me recently from City Electric and I only owed 1400$ left. I never was sent to collections or anything it went straight into a lawsuit. I called and emailed today but my reps at the store will not speak with me they said I have to deal with corporate now. City electric corporate sent me an email saying I owe 950$ for attorney's fees no invoice or anything. I asked if they would be willing to negotiate these fees and they said no. I honestly cannot suporate a business that would take from the small companys just to pay off attorneys. I feel so helpess in the situation and just wanted to share my story in case it helps someone else. Please be careful before you do business with this company. Update I got an email from city electric corporate today and they said if I do not pay the 1000 plus “attorney “ fee within a couple days I could possibly be hit with additional attorney fees. 1000$ attorney fee on a 1400 $ invoice ?!? . The sad thing is, I will probably pay it just so I never have to do business with this horrible company again.

Better go on your day off because this store will have you waiting in line forever. They have 5 people working in store area and still can't get 3 people in line taken care of in less than an hour. 1 person watching YouTube sitting at counter, 2 people trying to figure out printer, 2 others staring off into space. Worst experience ever. Won't be back.
