What a Godsend First Quality Plumbing was for us in our time of need. When it rains it pours. We had just emptied out our storage unit and our house was full of junk and boxes we were trying to straighten out. As if that wasn’t enough stress, we noticed water under our floor boards in 2 rooms at 1:30 am on a Friday morning. I contacted them and Steve G called me first thing in the morning at 6:00 am. They came out immediately to assess the situation. Quickly found the leak and got to work right away. Steve G and Jake were obvious experts and fixed the leak which was complicated and underneath the slab in the worst spot possible. While they were here, we mentioned that we had a pool leak and that a company was coming out later that morning to fix that situation… But they were able to fix it at a much more reasonable price than the other company. I highly recommend them for their expertise and I feel the price was fair. We will use them for all future needs, and we will make sure to request Jake and Steve G because they were amazing. Thank you so much for saving the day for us Steve and Jake!

Carmelo came out to replace the water heater and expansion tank in my garage. He was on time and completed the job in less than 2 hours even though we were conversing much of the time. Carmelo was polite and professional and answered all my questions. I will be a repeat customer of Quality First Plumbing

I had a toilet that wouldn’t quit running at 10pm the other day. I called their service and someone answered right away and had the on-call plumber call me back. A very nice gentleman called me and we decided to have me cut the water to the house and that avoided an emergency charge. Since he was honest about it I made sure to schedule an appointment with them the next morning. Their follow up and communication is AWESOME!!! Daryl came out to rebuild both toilets and had me all fixed up in under 90 minutes!! He was very professional and honest and explained EVERYTHING to me. He checked his work and made sure everything was working properly before he left. The work areas were super clean and I couldn’t even tell he was there. Job well done!

Yesterday I had an emergency plumbing issue at my house. The plumber I normally use doesn’t have on call hours on the weekend. I found First Quality Plumbing online and was impressed with the excellent reviews. Within a few minutes of me calling the answering service I received a call from Bill with First Quality Plumbing. I do appreciate that he was very transparent and upfront about the cost. He arrived at my house in a timely manner and was able to fix the issue. Bill was very professional and courteous. I am very grateful of him getting the issue solved so quickly and especially on a Sunday. I highly recommend First Quality Plumbing.

We called First Quality Plumbing (on a Friday) a for outdoor water spigots and a leak under the kitchen sink. They were able to have a someone here to help us by Monday. The office staff was very kind and helpful. The plumber was very professional, knowledgeable and did a wonderful job. I can say we highly recommend them. Very honest and fairly priced. Thank you for taking great care of us. Will definitely use again!
