I am in the market looking to purchase a new home and i need to close ASAP. The appraiser claims the hot air is not working, which I know is working for sure, but i needed a license's AC tech to back me up. I looked online for a few places to compare prices. I saw AmeriTech and their specials they had going on. I saw a lot of good reviews on Mohamed so i requested him. They were able to schedule me for the very next day, which i was extremely happy with, because time is of the essence. Turns out Mohamed was able to be there earlier than expected, but i was still at work. So i sent him the garage code to get in, and I do not trust a lot of people but i decided to give him my trust. He did his thing, and when i got their he was already finished. I checked everything and it was all working and he was very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. He didn't let me down, and for that I will definitely be using AmeriTech for all my future Air conditioning needs. Their service and price are awesome. We purchased a unit from AmeriTech a little over a year ago and had it serviced (periodic preventive maintenance) for the first time today. The unit we purchased was reasonably priced, lowered our electric bill, and has been reliable. We are pleased with the service received today, so we signed up for the twice-a-year service plan.

Our ac starting leaking in the middle of summer and the cost of repairs was so high we decided on a new ac installation instead. After some research I found Ameritech online and they had great reviews. I called and Chris Makin came out the same day within a few hours and he was so thorough and professional and really gave us the best options for our situation. The installation team was efficient and very professional. I would recommend 100%!

When our A/C packed in, we took up the recommendation of a neighbor who has been especially pleased with the service provided by Ameritech. And from the get-go, we came to understand why our neighbor has such confidence in them.
Our place, by the way the space is divided, presented several challenges that took a while to sort out. But at every hurdle, the company dealt with the issues swiftly and amicably. While other firms no-doubt have similar technical expertise, it's not always easy to find someone who operates on a good-faith policy of following through on their commitments when problems arise, to the extent of involving top-level management at a hands-on level until the job is done. The management practices that include weekly troubleshooting and planning meetings speak to an effective company structure in a firm that is always looking for ways to improve its services. In the end, consumers simply want a company they can trust to care about what they do, and to follow through on a job as professionally as possible. And this has been my experience with Ameritech, whether it's the sales people like Bob, the technicians like Kent, office staff like Jeremiah, the top management like Brian or the skilled installers- they are an effective team that gets the job done. As such, I would highly recommend this company as one that will not drop the ball and will not leave you disappointed.

This company definitely deserves a 5 star rating. After checking with 10 different contractors, the salesperson Chris gave us the best price and the installation technicians were top notch. We were not aware that when our house was built, there was faulty duct work which explains why our house was not cooling properly. The technicians fixed that and checked the rest of the house to make sure everything is fine. We know that it is very hard to find a good honest AC company these days but after going through the outstanding sales and installation process, this company is a keeper as we will have them service our unit annually from now on and recommend them to all of our friends and families.

Out of 5 estimates, Ameritech was my choice for a complete replacement installation of my AC/Heat system. The sales rep Chris Makin was knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. He followed up with me the same day, provided reasonable options, and accommodated my schedule. I felt like he truly had my best interest. My installers were Rafal and Matt who were on time, very professional, and did a fantastic job on the install. I was really impressed with their work ethic. And the modifications that they needed to do met those of skilled tradesman's!

Chris Makin showed same day within hours on a late Monday afternoon. He was very professional and explained options well. Tuesday I decided he's options and price was very competitive. He quickly scheduled installation of agreed unit next day Wednesday. All in all Chris and his team had my complete AC system replaced within 48 hours since initial contact. The installer was great and made everything look as if this was the unit installed by the builder. Office staff handled warranty registration and city inspection quickly and provided documentation as requested. Ameritech is has a great team of people that care for the customer thus why I would recommend them to my family and friends.

Moving into a new home, the AC unit was old and not cooling at all... it was mid 90s in the house and unlivable. AmeriTech's scheduling was packed for a few days but because of our situation the customer service rep went out of her way to find someone to help us the same day! Ben and Dan were very helpful in providing different options (cost vs. quality) to chose from, and we were able to get the entire cooling system replaced the next day. The installation team did a great job and the new AC system is fantastic! Quick, knowledgeable, reliable, and a good value!

I did a lot of shopping around for my new AC unit and decided to include Ameritech based on the amount of positive reviews they had. Chris took his time to explain the different equipment options as well features that we should consider which no other company even remotely took the time to do. I was very impressed and scheduled the install before he left. The installers were great and did a good job cleaning up after themselves which was important since it was an attic install. The new unit is awesome! It's quiet and cools the room down nicely. I have a larger main unit to replace soon and will certainly be using them for it as well.
If you don't want to be treated like just another checkbook and want great customer service then give them a call!!

The experience was excellent from start to finish. Chris did a great job giving us an estimate for a quality unit at a good price. He made us feel comfortable that he knew what he was doing and wasn't trying to oversell us. The installation was scheduled within 2 days. The installer Paul arrived on time and completed the work in one day and did an excellent job. Overall we were very pleased with the entire experience.

I knew I had to replace my entire AC/Heating and I wasn't looking forward to it because of the potential headaches of finding a good company that could be trusted. Quality, dependability, and an easy and fast installation were all important to me. I had a very easy conversation with Chris Makin the salesman. They delivered on everything that he promised, including great installers. They were all excellent, great quality, and actually finished the installation a couple of hours sooner than I expected. I was referred to them by my neighbor and I am glad I went with AmeriTech!

There aren't enough superlatives to describe the crew at AmeriTech. This is the company you need to hire. Sabrina in the office was phenomenal; courteous and attentive. Kept me up to date throughout the entire repair process. Abdel and Bryan were consummate professionals handling the diagnosis and replacement of my AC system. You can tell these folks care about providing this important service for their customers. People are what drive businesses and AmeriTech has knocked it out of the park with their team.  Have been using AmeriTech for years and definitely will continue to do so! Highly recommend!

We had a great experience with this company to replace our entire HVAC unit in our home. The salesman, Chris, was very helpful in explaining our options and what type of unit we would need. They were quick to schedule the day the unit would be replace and it was done in one day. We got 2 other quotes and theirs was by far the best value. We had this done in April 2023 and we've had no problems at all this summer. Would highly recommend!

Chris was very professional and well versed in the company and the products and services that were offered. He took his time and explained the difference between the units and explained the entire process to me. He held my quote and price for 3 months and informed me of all my options. The crew came on time on the day of installation, helped me to load my old unit on to a trailer so I could recycle it myself. The crew was kind, professional and very courteous. They answered all of my questions about the installation. They also cleaned up all installation waste gave me my warranty package. The company also took care of my warranty registration and sent me confirmation emails with city permit and warranty included. Great company!

We’ve been using them for two years for emergencies and preventative maintenance. Always on time, calls when on the way, quality service, neat, answering questions,, good cleaning and fair pricing. Office staff friendly and no hold time. I have them respond to emergencies fast when larger companies wouldn’t come. Never had to call them back to fix mistakes. Highly recommend.

I have used Ameritech for several years and their service has always been excellent. Most recently, the technician was on time, courteous, and explained everything in detail.

After waking up to a non-working thermostat and no A/C, we were fortunate to have a neighbor refer us to AmeriTech, the company that has done much work in our condo complex. We experienced the reason why so many owners here are happy with AmeriTech. The process was smooth...from our initial phone call to the office for scheduling to our technician's prompt and quality service. Our problem was accurately diagnosed and solved, for a reasonable price. We had a similar situation in a previous home and felt ripped off. We are pleased with Ameritech and won't hesitate to call them again.

I originally bought an AC from them 8 years ago and have used them several times since for maintenance and repairs. They're great with good prices and great service. Never had a problem.

As like my others in here central florida, my brsnd new AC decided to give me issues during this hest wave in the summer, this ac was installed on march 2023 by another company. Well on july 2024 it all of a sudden decided it needed a break to cool off as well and it stopped working, of course i contacted the company that installed the ac BUT they weren't helpful AT ALL. Delaying everything, telling me that they were trying to figure out how and when to get here etc. But nothing really happened, meanwhile inside of my house it got to 92 degrees. I decided not to wait any longer and contacted Ameritech, Kelly was AMAZING, she felt for me and immediately got to work and sent me a tech (Nick)that same day, well the issue was one of the boards, of course those boards are very expensive specially on a new unit as big and sophisticated as this one. Well thankfully i had gotten parts and labor warranty with the manufacturer.

To make the story shorter, Kelly was able to get the part expedited and the very next day at 10am Nick was in my house and installed the part and BOOM just like that i was able to breathe again.

To end this, i am extremely grateful to Kelly and Nick for what they did for me. They have gained a new client for life.

I had to call again because my ac was clogged and once again Kelly helped me and she was extremely nice. Nick came to my house and was very very professional and helpful. Im super happy with them.

Initial sales meeting was professional, low pressure, options were explained, pertinent documentation was provided for an informed decision.

Everything was handled very professionally dealing with the office staff especially Brittany who was very helpful in making everything go so smooth in purchasing our new ac unit!! Thanks Ameritech!!
