Mr Castro was extremely professional and amazingly knowledgeable technician. I highly recommend him to anyone having issues to be resolved with their air condition. He also taught me a life lesson on how to fish. I am definitely going to look into signing up with the AND pre maintenance program in the near future.

I called AND Services when my air conditioning stopped working. The call center guy made me laugh which defused a stressful situation. Frank came out and was absolutely delightful. He knew what he was doing and quickly found the problem and fixed it. He made other, preventative suggestions which were reasonable. I definitely recommend this company.

John, our repair person is working hard to repair our heating and air system. AND will complete the repair tomorrow morning by installing a needed part. Thanks John for you work.

I was having issues with my AC and called AND to get a diagnostic and hopefully fix the issue. AND sent Frank that same day, and he was incredibly knowledgeable and really helped me with figuring out the issue and the cleaning work that needs to be done. I would definitely recommend AND for their experienced techs and responsiveness!

John is great. He went through all the AC system and check for issues. He told me what the issues are and give me some options to fix them.

Frank was great and very knowledgeable. Out of the 3 companies I requested service from AND was the only one that responded. Frank worked very quickly and got my house cooled down despite the raging Florida afternoon storm. He went over all the service plans very clearly and even emailed me my future options. Will definitely be getting more services from them in the upcoming few months.

Gio, Ricardo, and Eli were 10/10 excellent service men! They identified critical issues with our AC unit and repaired our AC unit beautifully. All three men were extremely courteous and professional.

I was advised in detail regarding all of the issues we were having with our system, and was informed each step of the way what procedures were being done in order to solve the problem.

They brought a drop cloth and wore shoe booties every time they entered in and out of her home to keep everything nice and clean!

Frank was amazing. He explained everything that he was doing to the AC unit and helped us set up annual maintenance program it was nice to have someone explain to you how the unit works and what's happening with it. He was very professional and friendly I'd love to have him come back in October to do the maintenance on the AC

Frank performed a much needed cleaning on our AC. He was very professional, kind and super friendly. We’re so glad we called AND. I highly recommend their services. Was blown away how professional and knowledgeable Frank was during his visit with us. We had no idea how bad our system was.
There was never any pressure. He gave us the information we needed to make an informed decision.
My husband and I discussed our options and are going to follow through with Franks recommendation. We just need a couple of weeks to work out our finances, we are against going into debt, we will definitely be in touch.
