By far the best branch Carrier has! They have the fastest service and most friendly staff of any location in my opinion! Johnny, Kim, Craig, and Jeff to name a few but really its everyone (sales and warehouse). They are our go to HVAC supply shop.

Outstanding HVAC Supply House!
Jeff and the entire team at 2502 Carrier on Shader Road are unbelievable. Whether it’s Carrier or Bryant equipment and parts, they always come through with top-notch service, expert knowledge, and a great attitude. As the owner of Customers First Heat And Air, I rely on supply houses that are fast, reliable, and know their stuff—this team checks every box. Highly recommend them to anyone in the HVAC industry! -
Every time I stop in at the Carrier Enterprise branch on Shader Road ran by Jeff Hughes I’m blown away by how buttoned-up the crew is. The counter team knows their inventory cold, pulls orders lightning-fast, and never hesitates to track down a hard-to-find part. They treat contractors like partners, not numbers, and it shows in the way they remember your name and ask how the last job turned out. Top-tier service, solid stock, and genuinely good people—can’t ask for more.
-
Rock solid sales and support coordinated by Jeff Hughes. The CE team helps this HVAC contracting business run more efficiently.

We have been dealing with Carrier since 2019. Our sales man is Jeff Hughes is absolutely the best most attentive prompt and honest guy we know. He always answers the phone and says does what he says he’s going to do!
-
Tommy in the Shader Rd location is awesome, he went out of his way to ensure that I received the data & documents that I needed for a heater, when he could have simply brushed me off with the easy out response. Instead he really came through when I was in a crunch and stepped up above & beyond, and I truly appreciated it

This is for the engineers, why is this so difficult for you to fix? By far the worst out of all manufacturers. This is a 3yr old unit. Every Carrier unit always needs tape on the panel insulation. It’s always stuck to the frame, when pulling the panel off.
