We have been dealing with Carrier since 2019. Our sales man is Jeff Hughes is absolutely the best most attentive prompt and honest guy we know. He always answers the phone and says does what he says he’s going to do!

Tommy in the Shader Rd location is awesome, he went out of his way to ensure that I received the data & documents that I needed for a heater, when he could have simply brushed me off with the easy out response. Instead he really came through when I was in a crunch and stepped up above & beyond, and I truly appreciated it

This is for the engineers, why is this so difficult for you to fix? By far the worst out of all manufacturers. This is a 3yr old unit. Every Carrier unit always needs tape on the panel insulation. It’s always stuck to the frame, when pulling the panel off.
