My name is Rodolfo Cotto, and I'm a student for HVAC technician. I was aware that my AC was on its last legs since it was 18 years old. I had requested quotes from several companies, but as you know, they're very expensive, and I was having trouble financing it.
Kathy with Climacore treated me very well and has an excellent company to help you with financing, and Terrance did an excellent job with the installation.

Our air stopped working completely on a Monday. I found Climacore’s number and called and spoke to a very nice lady named Kathy. She was so helpful in getting everything ready so that we could get a new air conditioning system installed. Terrance arrived on Wednesday and had us up and running cool in 4 hours. He replaced the outdoor housing unit and the inside air handler and the inside thermostat. We couldn’t be happier. This was a great experience. Climacore handled everything from start to finish. Even registered my new heat and air unit for me. The technician came actually early. They were quick and efficient. They cleaned everything up. Great job! I would 100 percent recommend them.

We recently had Climacore HVAC install a new AC unit in our home, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Kathy from CoolNow was extremely patient with us. She worked to answer our questions late until Friday night followed back up with us on Saturday. We even changed our terms from 10 years to five after the contract was already created and she worked with us with everything all the changes all of our questions because we didn't have quite a bit as it was a large sacrifice she was very knowledgeable and understanding with where we were coming from with the concerns that we had. Every time I had a question and I reached out, she answered promptly.

I needed a new unit as my old AC was dying and Climacore helped me. Kathy was amazing she guided me step by step and when the AC tech would arrive. She exceeded my expectations, her professionalism was A+++ and the installers were friendly, professional and knew right on point what they were doing. I love my Bryant AC…Happy Customer here.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this company. The technicians were respectful, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. They replaced my Ductwork and installed a complete AC unit inside and out in one day. They left the property clean.
