I'm writing this review about my encounter with Friendly A/C for my 10 years experience with no complaints .and I'm always satisfied with any employees they send to my house to work for me they are experience, respectful and professional. I'm referring this company to everybody because they work at a reasonable price even if you do don't have much.

I’m writing based of my experience with Friendly A/C company for the past 3- 4 years. I would like to recommend this company to Everybody because when I signed a contract with this company they work with their heart, also they work with me above and beyond my expectation.this company is always does follow up right after the job done even if it couple months later.Friendly A/C is one of the best A/C company I have come in contact with and they have good .they are never tried of your call and always ready anytime of the day and night and they keep their words .

The Friendly crew performed an installation at my home a couple months ago and I am more than satisfied. They were very friendly and professional while installing my new A/C, they answered every question I had. In this economy we are in, they provided me with a reasonable price for installation. I decided to also sign up for their maintenance plan since I use my A/c quite often. I highly recommend this company!

Do not waste your time with this guy. He has no ideas of what he's doing.

They came out cleaned my evaporator coils, charged too much, then overcharged unit, came back out, then undercharged it and didn’t know what was wrong and wouldn’t try to fix it, I told them what I thought the problem was but didn’t want to listen or checked it, only made excuses, I Chas to call another company and paid extra money to get done what I told them wa wrong, very unprofessional and not knowledgeable, will never recommend

I called this guy to fix my AC, after spending hours trying to fix it he could not, so he told me he will be back, ive been trying to call him no answer he sure has no clue at all pinga nou rele vakabon sa a pou nou bali job

Don’t use this company. They replaced my evaporator coil and placed too much Freon in my unit creating hissing noise. They came back out and remove too much Freon to the point where my place doesn’t cool now. I called and told them that my place isn’t cool and they’ve been ignoring my calls since!

I had a very disappointing experience with this business. The owner installed the work incorrectly the first time, which caused a number of problems that had to be fixed. Instead of taking responsibility for the mistakes, he tried to charge me extra to correct his own errors. That’s completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

Please stay away from this company!!! Bad people !!

The driver of this company almost just killed my husband and I by passing us on a double line on 484 with a car coming the opposite direction. The driver coming the other direction and us both had to drive off the roadway or we would have been sideswiped and the other driver would have been hit head on. I called the number on the van and got a generic answering machine. I did leave a message but got no call back. I called the second # listed and the driver actually answered. He just said ,”Oh, sorry “. I would NEVER use this company. If they’re not careful on the road how would they treat me as a customer??
