Are u looking some one affordable , fast and professional, call this people, I had 3 “technician” that came to fix my unit and never found the problem, this guy gregorio know what he’s doing, fixed my unit and it’s working like new .

Mr Polanco has repared and serviced my HVAC for years. Good man good company I would recommend to anyone. You know when the job is done its fixed.

Me and my girl was having air condition problems and they came the same exact day we called within an hour or so. A man named Gregory came by with his partner Johnny and did an amazing job. I was even surprised to know how quick it was. It was like if he knew what the issue was before I even finished explaining it.

I’ve never been so comfortable when faced with a big, potentially extremely expensive project that has to be done immediately. Every step of the way I was treated with respect, understanding and patience. The owner should run for President of our country!! Thank God for business men like this, competent workers and those you can trust.

I highly recommend GAP Mechanical. After calling about 6 companies and being told they couldn’t help us this evening we were about to give up. Then I found GAP Mechanical and they came out within a couple hours of calling. They were able to fix the issue at a reasonable price. I can’t thank them enough from saving us from a 85 degree house!!!

Our AC malfunctioned on a hot Mother's Day Sunday. The owner of the company came in and fixed the AC and restored the coolness within a few hours. He also came in on the following day to do additional work that is needed to optimize the AC performance. All his services were professional and were done at a fair price. He never took advantage of the situation like some other companies. I highly recommend his services for anyone who needs AC repair in the greater Orlando area.

Very friendly technicians, I called & they booked an appointment for the very next day. They came on time & fixed the issue fairly quickly 👏🏽 What I loved was the fact that they also gave us tips at the end on how to maintain our home AC system, to help prevent future issues. And the house is SO much cooler now.

I had to replace my ac unit and Gregory the owner of the company came and talked to us and gave us options. He guided us through the financing process and then came and oversaw the installation!!!.

GAP saved me! After my AC stopped working I called another servicer who said my entire unit needed replacing and was going to cost nearly $15,000!! Thankfully I called GAP for a second opinion. They came out same day to run a diagnostic (at no charge) which is hard to find these days. Once they were here they found the problem in minutes. It was a $280 fix!! So they literally saved me thousands. I am so happy I found them! They were fast, honest and easy to deal with. Thanks so much guys!!
