My furnace broke and I called Hamilton Heating & Cooling company. I spoke with Joan in sales and bought a new furnace for an amazing price the same day.The next day Mike came to my house and installed my new furnace.I now can comfortably sit in my home and not be affected by the dropping temperatures outside, all thanks to the fantastic service.I would recommend them anytime.

We called Hamilton guys and they came out very quickly and when they said they would. Moses was very pleasant and let me know what needed to be changed in our A/C and charged a reasonable price (which he quoted earlier )for the whole work including the maintenance . Definitely would call them again if I have any heating issue.

Since their repair, my HVAC system has been performing consistently well. I’ve noticed a significant decrease in energy bills too!

Very professional company that will not cut corners. Everyone I interacted with was helpful and nice, from the schedulers to our skilled technician. Mike was prompt and efficient. He called ahead, was on time, and thorough. I felt the price was a little high, but he was service oriented and fixed our issue perfectly. Very satisfied with everything.

English is rough

They installed a new AC unit at my house, but we kept running into issues with our line freezing. They came out numerous times, but failed to find the issue. I finally called another service and they said there was a leak in the line, and I should work with the company who installed the unit because it should be covered by warranty. I’ve tried calling multiple times and they refuse to send someone out to address the issue unless I pay an additional fee. I highly recommend finding another provider, based on my experience they are unreliable, unwilling to complete a job, and provide the worst customer experience.
