I would give Stewart 10 stars if I could. He helped me trouble shoot my ac issue over the phone to save us from 98 degree heat. I'll definitely call him when we are ready for service or to replace our system. Thank you Nex Gen Air!

Stuart is amazing. The AC broke on a 90º day with guests over. It's hard to find same-day service that's doesn't cost an arm and a leg. Stuart's guy was there within two hours, and had the 12-year-old motor replaced within 30 minutes. Absolutely saved the day. Thanks, Nex Gen Air!

Our property management company has used NexGen over 200 times, with consistently superior service, fair pricing and prompt arrival. We wouldn’t think of calling another HVAC company.

Stuart and his installation crew did a fantastic job installing a mini split AC in my house. During the installation there was an unforeseen issue inside of the wall that the inside head unit had to be mounted on. Most other AC companies would have immediately stopped and told me to solve the problem then they would come back, or they would simply give up and say it wasn’t possible. Instead, Stuart’s installation crew worked with me to figure out a solution. While his guys continued other parts of the installation, I had my contractor make the needed modifications to the wall so the installation could continue as planned. The end result was having the installation completed just as promised. It was clear that Stuart and his crew are not only true professionals but that they can overcome obstacles and care about getting the job done right the first time. Stuart was recommended to me by a fellow real estate investor, and he was 5 stars all the way. I own and manage 10 different rental properties, so I look forward to using Stuart company again in the future!

I'm astonished by how few ratings this company has.

My AC system went out and I called Frank Gay on a neighbor's recommendation. Cut a long story short, they said my system was low on freon, wanted $500 bucks to do a leak test, said my system was out of warranty and recommended I buy a new system for $25 thousand bucks.

An acquaintance recommended NexGen. They came out the next day, did a leak test for free, determined my system was still under warranty, and did the repair that day for $1500 bucks.

Can't say enough good things about NexGen.

Nexgen is one of the FEW companies out there that won't just sell you a new unit they will fix the one you've got ! I manage over 10 properties and have used them for a decade, they are always dependable. I would trust Stewart or any of his guys with my child but especially with my a.c. needs! A friend taught me years ago if you're shopping around ask the guy how many new units have you installed? Now ask him how many he has fixed!? Anyone can install new it takes real expertise and experience to understand HVAC which uses ALL of the trades electric, plumbing and REFRIGERATION in one skill set. A good HVAC guy like anyone with a Nex gen shirt is hard to come by! Cherish the fact that you finally found one of the few people left that truly understand how the equipment works and how to fix it!

I have referred Nex gen to over 20 people over the years and I ALWAYS get calls back saying man that was the best referral I've ever gotten!

They also know how to do mini splits which 😂😂 good luck finding people that can work on those!
