I've been calling Patrick to service my AC for about 6 years now, since before he was Supreme Air Solutions. Today he came on short notice, got my unit running, and explained to me how to avoid the problem in the future. Patrick is honest, never tries to upsell or push service you don't need. He is efficient in finding, explaining and solving the problem. When it's an expensive repair he is frank with his assessment and offers less costly temporary fixes if that's an option. His customer service is unparallelled, not only in his industry, but across the board. When my AC is broken and I call him, I always relax when I hear his voice, because I know he'll take care of it, quickly and honestly. I am happy to recommend others to Supreme Air Solutions.

We needed our upstairs evaluated as each room heated and cooled differently. Supreme air came right out and provided reasonable options. We ended up creating a plan on how we could maximize our current system until we were ready to replace the entire unit which we already were expecting. The experience was so great that a year later, our ceiling started leaking under where the ac unit is located. It was no less than a fri night when we contacted them and they came right out the following morning. I will not ever use anyone else. They have a life long customer with me. Customer service, experience, knowledge, service and professionalism can not be beat.

There are so many AC companies out there that I have tried but I can tell you that Supreme Air is my final stop. Blessed to have found them.
Attention to detail and workmanship is what you get. I got a detailed picture and videos of the work being performed. I got a before and after picture of the pounds of Freon used!

Did a great job, arrived on time (early actually) diagnosed the issue quickly and accurately, at a very reasonable price. Very knowledgeable (27 years experience) and explained things in a way I could understand. Quality, expert work at a price far better and fairer than the Del-Air, Frank Gay and other companies I used in the past. Took care of getting the replacement coil (under warranty with Carrier) so I didn’t have to mess with any of that. He is my go to company for anything AC related from now on.

Called on Friday morning with A/C drain problem. They said they would be out between 3 and 3:30. Good communication. They were running a little behind by the afternoon, but texted that they would be here by 4. And they were . Stone , technician, was excellent at diagnosing and repairing the problem. I would definitely use them for any future A/C needs.
