Great product! Great customer service. My system was installed last Saturday and was amazing experience. My house get cold in 20 minutes. I bought a 3.5 Heat pump with new Freon. The plus is that system is quiet. You can hardly hear it. I love my TK. Thank you Tuttokool.

I had a condenser fan motor go bad on my unit that is less than a year old. I called the company 5 times, left voicemails, and no answer or returned call. I sent two email and no reply. I had to absolutely hunt down the fan motor because these parts are all cheap Chinese products and not readily available. I purchased my home with this unit installed and when it comes time to replace it, I will go with a reputable company. The savings up front will not be worth your time when you need something replaced.

DO NOT BUY I purchased a condensor 2 weeks ago from a local authorized dealer when My AC condensor went out during 90 plus degree weather. I paid a licensed technician to put in the unit. Upon completion, the compressor did not come on. We exchanged the unit and installed it again. Still didn't work. I took the unit back again and was told the entire batch of 410A units were bad due to the incorrect compressor bieng installed.The authorized dealer returned my money for the unit but I'm still out nearly $1,000 for labor cost and STILL have to find a unit. I tried to contact Tuttokool....no answer. This was a HORRIBLE experience.

Had a new unit installed almost 90 days ago and the Control board went out. Took 2 weeks for the contractor to reach them (and I have a gut feeling they never reached them because no one can) only to tell me they will no replace the part. Do yourself a favor and do not purchase with this company!! Actually just try to reach them prior to buying one, you’ll see there is no customer support.
