I 100% recommend this company. They are reliable and do a fantastic job. They are polite and communicate well. It is such a relief to have something that I don't have to worry about! That is uncommon these days.

Polite, professional and friendly service. Just as we have come to expect from Southern Air, each and every time. Jason was extremely efficient in his diagnostics. He gave us some great suggestions on a great product to help protect the system. Jason or any of the other technicians and installers at Southern Air always do great work and are all very thorough. They keep your best interest in mind and keep you informed.

Jason fixed my mini split in a flash. He did amazing, was friendly, had great customer service!

Jason installed my unit, he maintains it and he came out ( earlier than expected because of a cancellation than, less than 24 hours after I called for an issue. He’s kind, quick, knowledgeable and honest.

There is nothing comparison or competition,.to a company that serves the community with expedition and respect. That doesn't discriminate in scheduling and services. That can't be duplicated it is superb . Family owned and operated. It makes a difference. Thank you Southern Air! Robert was VERY knowledgeable and professional. I would request his service any time. We had Dillan out recently as well for a separate issue, he was also great to work with. This is an outstanding company and I am sad that I have been giving their competition my money for years.

Justin came to perform routine maintenance on our house AC unit and our Daikin unit. He was early, friendly and professional. He worked quickly and efficiently. I had such a good experience working with the Southern Air team. In particular, Robert Wright provided BOTH verbal and written explanations for what was wrong and needed to be fixed, and what it would cost. He took time to explain and was both clear and courteous. I waited a week to give my opinion on southern air in case something would go wrong, I’m so impressed with the whole process. Jeremy came out on a Friday late in the day after I made my phone call for an estimate, all others put he off till the following week , by Monday he called and said if they can put the units in Tuesday. I just couldn’t believe how fast. They were here first thing Tuesday and had it installed by late afternoon. What a remarkable job Matthew and Steve did and it was a very hot day. I just can’t believe how quiet and efficient the units are ,they are perfect. Waiting to see my new electric bill. Thankyou all for a job well done, just love my new ductless heating and air.

Southern Air just got themselves another customer, my son called around several other AC repair shops and we really didn't hear what we wanted until he called Southern Air and the nice lady (sorry I don't remember her name but thank you for your help in getting my AC fixed) that answered the phone got us set up with the technician right away. Big shout Thanks to Jason for coming out and fixing my AC unit. He was nice, kind and respectful, he told me step by step everything that happened. THANK YOU AGAIN FOR SOUTHERN AIR AND JASON FOR GIVING ME COOL AIR AGAIN. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Today is August 13th 2025 for some reason it will not let me leave another review and I have had a lot of work done through southern air since I've bought my property Randy did an amazing job coming out short notice and got my AC not only up and running but went ahead and did the maintenance on it. I recommend Southern air 100% to anybody because they have never let me down each and every time I have called. Thank you again Randy and the southern air family for taking care of my AC.

11/12/25 As always the tech Dylan was awesome and did what he could to fix the problem, and it works so we won't be cold tonight. But come Friday out with the old and in with the new. Unfortunately my unit is so old it will cost more to fix it and I'm tired of dealing with it. Thank you Dylan for your help and TJ for helping us get setup for a new unit.. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I called Southern Air this morning and they scheduled a service call for me immediately. My wife and I own several rentals and we use Southern Air exclusively for all of our homes. I’ve been fortunate enough to meet several of their service technicians over the many years that they have been taking care of us. Today, it was Albert who assisted with everything. He was very knowledgeable, thorough and professional. I was appreciative of how friendly he was. He had all the right parts in his vehicle and was able to quickly get our AC unit repaired for our tenants. I can always rely on their techs replacing only the items necessary in order for the units to function properly. There’s a lot of honesty there… and there’s no other local AC company I would recommend other than Southern Air.
