We wanted a mini split for our master to make it extra cold at night for sleeping without having to blast our central unit.

Absolutely fantastic service Hunter came to my home an hour earlier than expected. Constant communication from him and his company he was extremely intelligent, professional, and efficient. He was in and out of my home for a compressor repair in about a half an hour time this is a great company. I Loved how extremely personable and knowledgeable the technician was and the services provided were so quick that I went ahead and purchased a yearly membership. I cannot recommend this company enough

He diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything clearly, and fixed it efficiently. He also showed up right on time, which I really appreciated. Their pricing is very fair compared to others in the area, and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend Josh and the entire Mason Air team for anyone needing honest and reliable HVAC service.

Joshua. Justin and Daniel were the techs I've seen and they were absolutely AWESOME! Joshua even checked on the A/C on Labor Day! Justin and Daniel installed a brand new unit the day after and we're very professional as well as kind. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing their service!! VERY satisfied customer!

Joshua is very professional and well informed. He made the process of inspecting my AC a very comfortable experience for me. I had had another inspection done earlier by a service person recommended by neighbors. While I was satisfied, Joshua came across as so much more professional. Plus he was able to offer me a senior citizen discount which the other company had not. And, the final price for replacement of my AC unit, which I had already summarized would be needed, was in fact less that the previous quote. Highly recommend Mason AC.

Mason Air Conditioning and Heat was recently used as a vendor to fix an AC issue in a home I am renting. Jon and Luca were the gentleman assigned to my case. Throughout the SEVERAL hours they were working in my home they were completely respectful of my space and personal belongings. Jon and Luca were an amazing team together, especially considering the difficult circumstances of crawling through a very tight ceiling space in the heat of a Florida August. They worked together very efficiently and didn’t quit until the job was done - well into the evening. I especially appreciated that they did their best to clean up any mess left. I certainly highly
recommend Mason Air Conditioning and Heat.

This company is hands down great. My husband and I before going with them got 2 other quotes from different companies that were outrageous. We always get at least 3 quotes before we make big purchases. Not only were they affordable but they truly cared. I have to mention James the person who truly showed me he cared about my family. He said we will help you through this. He offered various financing options and explained everything and was patient with me and my husband. Not only did he care the men that came out to replace the A/C unit downstairs went above and beyond respected our house and just were amazing. I am truly grateful we found them. If anyone is looking for a great company for HVAC in this Florida heat call them. We decided to go with them and the next day they were out replacing our unit. I’m loving the temperature in our house now. Thank you all for everything.

We lost our A/C the evening before Labor Day and after calling the people who installed our unit and getting voicemail, we called Mason next. Josh showed up a little bit later, had us back up and running within 45 minutes and really saved the day. He was super knowledgeable and friendly. I can't say enough how much we appreciate the service from Josh and Mason Air Conditioning!
