I had the ladies come out to clean my house they did an amazing job. I will definitely have them back they are very professional and friendly. Amazing job!

I have used this company 3 times already and I’m extremely satisfied! I recently had double arm surgery and could not clean or maintain my home for several months. At one time, Karla came and literally wouldn’t let me lift a finger. The girls who came today actually cleaned my fridge! Trust me, my fridge has not gotten any loving in a very long time and I was shocked when I opened it after they left to see an organized and tidy fridge. The only negative I have is a lot of the girls do not speak English but the one who came today had a translator on her phone and so I had no problem communicating with her. Thanks for another great cleaning and I’ll see you soon!

Horrible- Never showed up. Claimed I didn't confirm so cancelled with no telephone call whatsoever. Sent a text that she was confirming my appt so since I wasn't cancelling, I didn't respond. She took that as I was cancelling- Just ridiculous

HORRIBLE NO SHOW NO CALL AFTER CONFIRMING TWICE
Not only did they called to confirm twice the day of they did not bother to call and confirm nor did they called to tell me that they were going to be an hour late or more. I took off work came here and sat and nobody bothered to call me I waited for over an hour and then they told me I would have to wait for another hour they are horrible I would not use them for anything in the world. Unless you have nothing better to do than to sit there and wait for them. They also do not honor the Groupon they are a horrible service I would never use them for anything

I began using this company a few years ago and I stopped early on because I noticed that after the first cleaning - which was impeccable - the service thereafter became lazy. Recently I began to give them another try. On July 28, 2021 I had a cleaning and the ladies bagged the garbage and left it inside. They also took 3 rolls of my paper towel when they left. On top of that, they placed my bedroom stools on top of my bed and left trash on my dresser. I emailed the customer service email right after and to date have received no response. Still, I gave the benefit of the doubt and continued to use the service until the final straw today. I scheduled an 8am (first cleaning of the day) which was confirmed. I know they sometimes run late so I give them grace, but around 8:30am I called to check in and I was told that they wouldn’t arrive until maybe 11am. I’m waiting for a refund of my payment and I will not be using this service going forward.
