Kevin G from Lindstrom came to do my scheduled maintenance. He was through, and so honest. Kevin was very professional, and proficient. He was even so nice to my son. I strongly recommend Lindstrom. I have been a faithful customer since 2014. Kevin was a rockstar!

Kevin from Lindstrom arrived quickly after we reported the AC Thermostat had failed. Kevin explained that the Thermostat turns off - should there be a problem with the AC unit. Kevin found the AC motor is not working properly, forcing ice to build up. Kevin carefully explained what he did. He checked our unit to learn that the part is under warranty. We will just have to pay for service. We were given proper guidance on best options and savings for repairs. Kevin was very friendly and appears to be highly skilled. Most highly recommend *****

We called Lindstrom with an air conditioning problem, had a great response from Steve of the office staff & the tech came the next morning to diagnose the problem. Jamar was courteous & knowledgeable in the AC field as he found the problem right away & gave us a somewhat reasonable quote .Lindstrom ordered the part we needed it came in the end of the day. 2 techs arrived the next morning. They were also courteous & knew their stuff! Had our air fixed in no time at all !Thank you so much Lindstrom for keeping us cool and getting it done in a timely manner too!

I had a minor leak in an old pipe in the attic that damaged a portion of the ceiling in the shower. Lindstrom's crew arrived on time, examined the area that was affected, and determined several different courses of action. I chose the best one for my budget and the crew quickly went to work and made the repair.
They provided me with before and after photos. They did an excellent job under tough circumstances and were respectful of my property. This is the second time I've used Lindstrom for plumbling and have been very happy with the service.

I want to applaud the outstanding customer service from Matt, the plumber who was dispatched for my leak issue! He was very personable, friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Such level of service is such a joy and so rare to find. Give that man a raise! :)

The a/c repair was done very professionally. I would give it five stars.
The reason we needed the repair was very disturbing. A wire should not have worked loose after only four years. My family was very lucky that our house wasn’t set ablaze by faulty installation
Future service calls should include a physical inspection of the wiring. I don’t want this happening to another family.

I can't say enough about punctuality, reliability and follow through by these guys. Lindstrom are top notch communicators and are so responsive. I had very little wait times between visits, people who know what they're doing and a really good scheduling admin who runs a tight ship. Will be a repeat customer.

I had one of my two annual maintenance visits today and once again I was very pleased with Lindstrom. The technician was friendly and professional. During his maintenance work he found and corrected a small condensation drip. I’m very happy with the experience.

I have an annual maintenance plan for the A/C. Been through 2 maintenance appointments and both times have been a breeze. The techs have been on-time, professional and courteous. Much more pleasant experience than the previous company

contacted Linstrom as a potential new customer. Visit scheduled for the next day. between 9am to 11am. The Tech who showed up was Chis. He first called when he was 16min away. Once here, we discussed expectations and potential results. No upsell. No issues of any kind. I was caught off guard with his professional manner and knowledge. I couldn't have been more satisfied. I needed a true professional to evaluate my entire HVAC to determine if it was possibly the cause of the mold in my home. Through a thorough check by Euniel I was assured that my HVAC is not the culprit and I need to look elsewhere.

The gentleman, Derrick that came to service my AC was very thorough, knowledgeable, polite and professional. Replaced old dead Train a/c unit with new Train system. Good family company that cares. Clean knowledgable techs.all completed at reasonable cost and in one day. Five stars.
More recently a rental unit had a/c issues. Just like before tech was clean, knowledgable identified the problem, checked the entire system all same day, reasonable cost. Five stars again.

I had a great experience with Lindstrom today! I made an appointment yesterday online to fix our kitchen sink that was not draining. Despite my phone not working to receive calls about his arrival, he showed up and was very helpful! It turns out the drain has already fixed itself (I hadn't checked it because I was worried about making it worse). He stayed and watched it for many minutes and gave me some great tips to keep the drain clear and "healthy" in the future. I did pay the service fee, which I didn't mind because I felt good about the problem being corrected. Good experience and will call again! Thank you!

Love Lindstrom! Top notch service every time! Use them for both my Air and Plumbing. Easy and convenient appointments for routine maintenance and always fast to respond to a crisis! Clogs at Thanksgiving? They respond. A/C out before summer visitors? They respond. Hot water out at New Year's? (this just happened to me!) They respond.
Actually, all the above are true-life experiences!
Workers are consistently polite and professional. Take the time to explain issues and offer options. Never feel pressured to buy add-on services. Highly recommended!
