Emis is one of the best in the business and I have complete confidence in him. After being misdiagnosed by another technician, Emis easily and efficiently solved the problem and he is so easy to work with, which is saying a lot here in south Florida!

AC went out. Emis was recommended by a friend. I was told he was honest and prices were reasonable. He came out and had the AC back on within 15 minutes. Everything was explained and didn't sell me on anything that I didn't need. I will be using him again. I already recommended him to two people.

If you want a repair done correctly the first time with no mess after it is done there is no one better than EDM. Emis is quick on responding to your issue and is transparent and documents every thing for you. I have referred EDM multiple times and all of them have told me how awesome EDM was and plan on using them as their regular AC company. I had a wonderful experience dealing with EDM FL air conditioning. My outside condenser was producing warm air. I called EDM. Emis, the company owner came by and was able to quickly diagnose the problem. Several components inside the condenser had rotted out. Emis provided me with a detailed proposal to replace the condenser. He also provided me with several pictures of the rotted components. Emis returned the very next day and replaced the condenser. I found Emis and his helper Leo to be very knowledgeable.

He is a very punctual, formal, and sincere person. Every time I schedule him, he always does a perfect job and never disappoints me in anything that he does. We have been in our house for about a year and it has needed some TLC, including the old air conditioners. Emis is knowledgeable, fair, and doesn't stop until the job is done.
