As soon as my husband and I contacted Eric (who was referred by the neighbors in a prominent neighborhood) and relayed our concerns regarding our AC, he was at our house in less than 10 minutes in the pouring rain. I was in awe at his willingness to help us. It seemed like every hurdle was being thrown our way in our pursuit to get the repairs completed, but Eric tackled those hurdles and made it happen for us!!! He was our Godsend and Air conditioner angel (lol)! Thank you a thousand times to such a great guy and a wonderful company! What can I say... I am so happy we can breathe again!😊☺️😁

Very friendly and professional service and a great overall experience. Our technician talked us through each step of the coil replacement as he worked. He educated us on our HVAC system as well. Air-Rics gave us the best price, under all other companies in my area.

Air-Ric's did a fantastic job. He took the time to inform us of the causes and show us what needed to be done. He walked us through the differences between a gas and electric unit so we understood everything and the differences in maintenance needs and frequency. He even took the time to give us tips on restoring the A/C when the capacitor was dying since they were booked for that evening and he wouldn't get to us till the next day. He was right on-time and was prompt in his service. The prices were fair and he had a fantastic attitude. The job was done and did it well. We are very glad we picked this local business for our A/C needs and hope our community keeps supporting these fantastic local businesses.

Amazing. Probably the best service in over 10 years dealing with AC 'guys'. Very profession, knowledgeable, easy to schedule. My biggest thing, I didn't feel like I was ripped off. Eric from Air-Ric's was GREAT! He serviced our A/C and repaired a problem we had with the condenser. I would recommend him to anyone I know. He's extremely professional, observant and kind hearted. He arrived early and even looked at my cooler that in the past I've had problems with coolant at no additional cost. Thank you Eric!!!

Eric was very friendly, knowledgeable , and patient. He was able to diagnose and fix at a fair and reasonable price. He gave me maintenance tips to prolong the use of my 12 year old AC. Eric could have easily told me to replace my whole AC unit. No sales pressure tactics were used. He cleaned around the AC unit and gave me valuable information. Exceptional customer service with competitive pricing. Eric explained and more importantly took the time to show me why I needed to replace my current system. He gave me options on replacement with optional upgrades. He was able to come out the next day and replace the system in a few hours helping keep my family and dogs nice and cool. Eric is one of the best A/C techs I have ever dealt with..bought a 800k home only to have the upstairs ac always on and working to the max to keep the upstairs under 78..Eric diagnosed the issue and gave me a fair quote. I now have 2 new units and my house is finally COLD! Highly recommend this company and Eric!

Eric came out to service our AC unit the same day (after hours) I called, and the day before a holiday. He guaranteed that the fix would be great and so far so good! We will definitely be using this company in the future and always recommend them first.

Our Goodman coils went bad on the inside unit and hired Eric based on his Google reviews and his team did not disappoint!! Eric has become my new Go-To A/C Guy. The level of service he provides is second to none. He was on-time, communicated what to expect, offered various levels of help (multiple quotes), knowledgeable about the parts warranty process, and got all signed up with them on the yearly service plan. I have been recommending him to everyone I know and look forward to using them in the future!

I'm so glad I found these guys! They are amazing! Very professional on the phone and respond very quickly. I had technicians from a few different companies over, and all of them except Air-Ric's were trying to upsell! Sonny was very thorough and honest, answered all of my questions and did not try to upsell me any add-on parts or new AC system. He took pictures of everything and took his time to explain what was going on. My AC unit was back up and running in no time! Very fair price as well! Thank you, Air-Ric's, you guys rock!
