Our air broke and it was miserable. After looking at different air conditioning companies I decided to go with Ask For Cool AC because the reviews were great. When the technician Lenny came to our house he did not disappoint. He checked our ac unit and told us what was wrong with it. He was able to fix it the same day and worked quick and efficiently! Thank you Lenny! I wasn’t going to make it in this South Florida summer heat without you!

I called Ask for Air to get a cost estimate to replace my home air condition unit. Shannon answered the phone and scheduled a visit to my house. I was pleasantly surprised at her willingness to work with my schedule. Then, Nigel came to my house to give me an estimate. Nigel was very professional and explained with detail the work that needed to be done. At my selection of date to do the job, Fitzroy and his crew arrived as scheduled early in the morning and a few minutes later Nigel joined them. They worked from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm until the job was completed. Fitzroy and his crew were polite and professional, they cleaned every area of my house they worked on including the yard where the old unit was placed. I am extremely happy of the service provided by this company and its employees and will recommend them, without hesitation, to anyone I know needing air condition repairs or replacement.

I had a divine intervention today where all the stars lined up with Nigel, the owner. Last night my air conditioning system broke today when I was coming home from work I saw a neighbor walking and I asked him if he knew anybody that knows how to fix air-conditioning and he said no ….while I was talking to him, my peripheral vision looked through my neighbor and noticed the bold ask for cool marketing campaign on his really cool looking nissan van. I couldn’t believe it!!! as I drove up to him, I told him my story and he immediately followed me to my house within less than half an hour, He got my air-conditioning working, I was ecstatic to say on a 90° plus type of day ….As a technical guy myself, I was truly impressed with his level of confidence regarding the troubleshooting of my air-conditioning… I asked him what the damage was, he gave a very reasonable number and because of my appreciation I gave him more. He is a blessed man because his son is following in his footsteps, and I truly truly admire that. It’s obvious to tell that he runs his business with integrity and professionalism like no other.

Nigel, I don't think there are enough words to thank you and your team!! The installations were truly seamless for both properties that you installed new units in for us. We were incredibly impressed with the quality of the work, the service, and your professionalism! Also, the attention to every detail was above outstanding! Everything was left so clean and put back together, better than it was before you came out! Even with the bump in the road for me you were able to resolve it with minimal impact to me. That's a strong testament to your honesty and loyalty to caring and serving your customers! That is such a rare combination in the world today, but you and your team truly deserve the compliments!! Even down to the thank you gift received at the end, it goes to show you're commited to outstanding service!! We completed - replacement of AC ducts in the attic some of the installation And installed a dehumidifier;. Was very pleased we recommend them. They were professional protected my house Flooring and area cleaned up very well afterwards and my AC works like a charm. Sad to say there’s not a hot wife in this house. Lol.🤪
