Our heater and AC were both broken. I called Omar initially and he was able set up a time and date that was convenient for me. Baker was Baker. He checked both units and kept us updated on his findings. He also repaired them the same day and provided a one year warranty on workmanship. We were very impressed with his communication style and attention detail. Baker is to thank for the fact that both units are now working!
