CMK remodeled our master bathroom. We received 3 estimates from different companies and we couldn't be happier that we chose CMK. They did an amazing job! They made suggestions on how to approach our project to get the most for our money, remain within our budget, while getting an amazing outcome. They suggested things we hadn't even thought of. There was never any pressure. If we said no to something, no one ever pushed back.

Everyone who showed up to our home from start to finish was respectful. So much so that we were able to work from home without noise or other issues getting in the way. Our project manager kept us informed of who was coming and when. We went on vacation about 3/4 of the way through and they were accommodating with our request to take a 2 week break from work. They showed back up quickly and finished up after we returned.

When our kids bathroom started leaking water into the two adjacent rooms, we new we couldn't put off a bathroom remodel any longer. We met with 2 companies and got quotes, while one was less money , it seemed very sales pitchy and something just didn't seem up to par. The CMK rep was respectful of our time , to the point , and didn't candy coat anything.
Before making a decision, I read quite a few reviews on google , and read alot of positive ones , which really helped with the decision. ( we previously has a very bad experience with another contracting company , and I was not about to repeat that 7 month nightmare).
The design meeting with Aimee was my favorite part ! The show room had so many options , and I really felt like I was on an HGTV show . Aimee guided me thru each design decision, and we were her only customer to focus on during our prescheduled design meeting.
Jose was my project manager, and I was very happy with the service he provided . He was very professional and attentive to my concerns/ needs . He answered my calls and text , same day. Jose worked with any issue I had come up.
The whole experience was positive , professional and timely !

CMK did a great job with our remodel! We are very happy with the results. David Diaz my project manager was great! He was always very responsive when I called or texted him and took care of all my concerns. The workers that were sent to my home were very nice and respected my home. They always asked before doing and cleaned up when they left. A few of the workers that I want to mention who did excellent work was Chris Ley, Ricky Bruno, Danny Swope. These workers took extra care in their work and made sure I was happy with the job before they left. We are very happy with the final results!!

CMK did a fantastic job on my Kitchen remodel. Specifically Nick, our Project Manager was courteous and highly professional. Nick explained the process and promptly resolved all that we needed to satisfy our needs and to achieve the results we were looking for. CMK's work crews were very caring and highly attentive to our needs Specifically Alfredo's crew and Angel CMK's electrician. Thank you CMK for a tremendous job!

We did a total bathroom remodel from CMK. Davis was our project manager he did a great job the whole way through he was there anytime we had a question. Everyone from CMK did an excellent job on our remodel. Thx Rick & Dawn

CMK just finished replacing the shower areas in both my master and guest baths. The master bath shower stall was converted to a walk-in, with a half wall and added grab bars. The guest bath tub/ shower replacement includes added grab bars and a hurricane window. The new tile is gorgeous. My Design Consultant, Aimee, was fun to work with. She had a lot of helpful suggestions on features, functions, and finishes. My Project Manager, Carlos, was great to work with. He kept in constant communication with me regarding the scheduling and status of the work. He cheerfully answered my many questions about the renovations. He went above and beyond to address any concerns that I had, made sure my bathroom renovations were completed satisfactory, and that I am happy with the results.

CMK Construction is a very reliable company. They did a bathroom remodel in my home. Alex was my project manager and he was great! He always returned my calls and texts right away. He payed attention to details and always answered my questions. I’m very happy with my new bathroom!

CMK Construction remodeled my master bathroom, and I love the results! Under Tom's supervision, all of the CMK teams (sales, design, demolition, plumbing, electrical, tiling, shower-installation, painting, and cleaning) were friendly, professional, and respectful of my schedule. My beautiful new bathroom reflects the pride that all of the workers derive from their work. CMK has done a good job of remodeling our master bathroom. We are pleased with how nice it is turning out. Davis has been very responsive to our questions and has been able to communicate with the workers in their own language which we didn’t speak but were skilled craftsmen.

CMK Construction has been great, from contracting with Nick, to the amazing in-house design services provided by interior designer, Soraly, to the wonderful project managment by Davis. Davis' job was not easy, as my home had been impacted by Helene, and almost every room in my three bedroom home needed some restoration. But Davis he was not daunted by the work and he did a great job responding immediately to my many requests and always keeping me updated during the project, and the interior turned out beautifully.
If you are thinking about a kitchen or bathroom remodel, then I highly recommend contacting CMK to discuss.

The pictures speak for themselves! But if you’d like to know more, CMK was fantastic throughout the process. We designed the main area/kitchen and our master bathroom together, demolition was completed quickly, and work commenced. The contractors are also incredible, which includes both their speciality subs for items such as glass, countertops, and electrical, as well as their in-house personnel including plumbing, tiling, and woodworking. Even the employees who collected the disposed items/trash (which happened frequently but also any time I requested it) were incredibly thorough and respectful. If there was any question or concern, CMK responded immediately. I am so happy with the finished product and would recommend them to anyone. Shoutout to Keisy and Joe for being the A+++ team!

We just received our final inspection today and everything passed so I am very pleased with the end result. We had a 90's bathroom with a tiny shower stall and a garden tub which was okay but my husband HATED the small shower. Since I am getting up in age, we decided to change up the bathroom with a zero entry shower in case one of us needs it in the next 20 years. Once my PM, Davis got started, it has been pretty much smooth sailing and finished on time. We had a couple of issues with plumbing, and some missing parts but Davis was able & available , even on the weekend, to get the issues sorted out with minimal impact. Having flipped homes in the past, I know that being the PM requires keeping a lot of people in the loop and Davis was excellent about making sure that I knew who was to show up and when to expect them and tried to keep people out of the house before 8 AM. When people did not show at yhe expected time with leeway, Davis was on top of it and rescheduled or had another person come back to fix the issues. All in all, I am very satisfied with Davis as he performed a superb job and am very happy that he stepped up to pick up the job as our PM.

Our main bathroom needed a SERIOUS makeover. It was original to the house when it was built in the 80’s and not only was it ugly, but it was also falling apart due to water damage. CMK completely transformed the space and made everything a breeze to get through. Once demo started, everything went quickly. Anibal, our project manager, was a total pleasure to work with. He was always available when we needed him and he handled all the gritty details so we didn’t have to. I always felt confident bringing an issue to his attention. I would absolutely use them again for future projects.

Michael Espinel and the entire CMK Construction team did an outstanding job on our Master Bath remodel. CMK was responsive in meeting the outlined job, with Adam doing an outstanding job on the high craftmanship at installation. We are so pleased with their process and work, and will definitely keep them in mind for future projects.

CMK did a great job on my condo remodeling. they did my kitchen,2 bathrooms and paint throughout. Carlos Gonzalez was my project manager, keep me informed of everything going on with the project. He was always a phone call away. I am grateful I choose CMK for my renovation I would definitely use them again. Thanks Carlos!!!!

My husband and I had our Owner's Suite bathroom remodeled over the past 5 weeks and are thrilled with CMK and the work performed under the direction of CMK's Project Manager Barry. Barry was very honest and frank with us about how long our project could take. He estimated 6-8 weeks but our project was completed in just under 6 weeks! Therefore, Barry under promised and over delivered! He and his hard working crew showed up on the days he said they would. Barry was meticulous in his inspection of their work and was very accurate in implementing any change orders. He made sure to tell us when to expect their electrician, plumber, cabinet installers, tile layers and they always showed up on time and were very courteous. They laid construction paper down on the floors to prevent any damage and cleaned up after each job was completed. It all started with Aimee, CMK's Interior Designer, who made us feel right at home while she showed us the options in our particular budget, in their bright and amazing showroom! Aimee even offered us snacks during the selection & design process -- two of which happened to be my favorite! I must say, three other companies came to our home to provide quotes but we were impressed with how thorough and detailed CMK's Sales Person Chris was. He used no high pressure sales tactics and we signed up with him on the spot. We knew CMK was the right remodeling contractor for us and we are so happy & pleased with the final results!

I had both my bath and kitchen completely remodeled and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish! My 1950’s bathroom and 1980’s kitchen have been transformed!

I met with Kelly to do my initial consultation. Jessica worked with me to come up with an amazing design for both rooms.

Start to finish on the construction part, from demo to completion, doing both kitchen and bath at the same, time was 9 weeks. My project manager Carlos was the absolute best! He was attentive and organized and made sure that sure any questions/concerns I had were addressed immediately. He was always a text or phone call away.

Shout outs to the subcontractors for excellent work - John & Dylan on electrical, Kenny & Frank on kitchen cabinets, Renaldo for the beautiful tile & backsplash work, Rick for the “punch work” at the end, and Tabitha for the final cleanup. I highly recommend CMK and will use them in the future!

CMK just finished a major remodel of my kitchen. A wall was taken down, the ceiling was raised and cabinets and an island were installed. It is beautiful! I worked with Annie to design the kitchen of my dreams. Carlos was the project manager. He was great. He communicated with us daily and made sure our project was completed quickly from the on April 14 demolition to final inspection on May 25. His crew was meticulous in their work. I highly recommend CMK to anyone remodeling their kitchen.

I hired CMK to help me rebuild a shower from scratch. A botched renno pre-purchase led to major plumbing problems. We didn't just fix it - we ripped the whole thing out and started over - properly.

I can say that the overall outcome was great. When I hit snags they were addressed. When I had concerns they were treated with respect. I felt like everyone who came into my home was respectful of myself, my work-from-home role and my elderly dog.

My project manager was Chris Ley and he did an excellent job being accountable and honest. There were a few snags but they were handled quickly and to my satisfaction at each turn.

Background: I bought a house in 2022 fully renovated (OfferPad), and because of the poor work that was done I had to have one of the showers completely rebuilt. The drain stopped working. We tried everything but eventually we had to rip out the plumbing in the slab and have it totally rebuilt. CMK joined up just after I had the plumbing rebuilt by another company (review in profile).

This bathroom has been a year of problems for me but CMK was able to remedy this. The work is excellent and everyone seems so happy to work there. I talked to everyone I met from the first sit-down appointment to do the proposal - to the person who did the final cleaning and they all rave about the company.

Happy people do good work.

CMK is expensive but the work quality is worth it in value. This bathroom has been my albatross since buying this house. A year-long nightmare of issues, expenses, more expenses. CMK helped me to finally put a positive end to it.

CMK completed a major home renovation for us, including new flooring and a completely redesigned kitchen. We were extremely happy with the quality of the work; the timeliness of completion; and the professionalism of everyone who came into our home. Our project manager, Carlos, was 100% responsive to all of our requests. CMK previously completed a bathroom renovation for us, and we will surely use them again, if needed.
