Awesome company! Used Marlin James services for year’s now. Excellent Technician, Gary was punctual and very friendly. He did a great job servicing our system. We will continue to use them for all future services.

Customer for over 5+ years. Ahmad Bayyat arrived within window time I was given. He was very professional and courteous. Gave me a suggestion on how to keep drain line cleaned on monthly basis instead of waiting until I replaced A/C filter.

Detail minded. Took a longer than normal amount of time, but was very detail minded. Did everything that was expected in extremely hot attic (temp in attic over 120). Told me everything that was completed and what was left as he was doing his work.

Love this company!! Ahmad Bayyat's has been performing yearly maintenance on our AC system for the last few years. This year after completing the full maintenance, he noticed we needed to increase our blower motor’s speed and adjusted it, to avoid extra condensation in the attic unit. As always, Ahmad and Marlin James go above and beyond to take care of their clients!!!

He kept in touch so we knew he was on his way. Very polite and professional. Got us up and running in no time.

Technician Pedro was on time and friendly. Cleaned and checked the A/C system. Did not rush and did a good job. Took the time to explain to me why the system failed. Very methodical in his work habits

Ahmad Bayyad was our AC technician from Marlin James and Ahmad was wonderful. He is very well informed about AC repair and he was perfectly competent. In addition, Ahmad was a very professional and polite person. I enjoyed talking with him . He deserves a rating of 5 for his professionalism.

Marlin James has always been quick to respond when we’ve needed them. Our main tech, Cody Ray, is a genuinely nice and knowledgeable technician. He’s been servicing our a/c units for several years and always explains things to us. He’s A+

Professional service with personnel that know their profession. They are on time with their scheduling, come to the job prepared with the right tools/parts and leave the area they worked clear of clutter. I have had both maintenance and repair worked done by the company-nothing less than outstanding. Plus, they stand behind their work and they always make it right.

Marlin James and their technician Steven have been doing their best to resolve my a/c issue as we are dealing with a part supply issue. They have come out on the same day I call when my a/c goes out to get me cooled again pending receipt of the part needed to effect a more permanent solution.
