The right place to go if you are looking for replacement of Appliances for your rentals. They have a wide selection of refurbished fridges, ranges & washer/dryers with 3 months warranty on parts & labor. Selection includes stainless steel appliances. As a Realtor managing multiple properties I advise all my clients to buy refurbished so they save 40 to 60% of the money & get great service from the owners Earl & Carol who will fairly advise you on your needs depending on your budget.

Superior was a pleasure to deal with. I purchased a stainless steel dishwasher in January of 2021 to replace an older unit.

They delivered, installed, and removed the old unit, no issues. Courteous, professional, and took the time to clean up after install.

Days later, after the sale, the owner noticed that I was charged slightly more than the VERY reasonable fee she had quoted me. She reached out to me to let me know of the pricing error and immediately sent me a refund by mail. This is the kind of company they are, and the kind of people I wish to do business with.

There may be dozens of other refurbished appliance sellers out there, but this local, honest, family run business is my choice going forward for my rental properties.

I have been dealing with this place for many years. They used to be a decent operation. Unfortunately they have been very unprofessional for the last issue where my tenant lost a few hundred dollars worth of food after they refused to go for a service call. I called them on the morning of 6/12 with the issue where the freezer was not working and asked for a service technician. I was told someone will go the next day, 6/13. I called on 06/13 and no one was sent. This morning I get a call from the owner lady suggesting I buy a new fridge. They never went in for the service call and she is diagnosing the issue over the phone with the tenant and asking me to buy a new fridge instead. This fridge was originally purchased from them.
