These guys are not plumbers. They ONLY do heating and air conditioning and the do it the professional way. They understand heating and AC units inside and out. They were also had the best price. I had the ducts in place already and a furnace. No funny business...no outlandish labor requests/suggestions...just straightforward good service.

Awful. They lied and sold me a service contract that has nothing to do specifically with air conditioners. Then they send techs from a Palm Beach County firm. Hi-Grade farmed out the service to others. So disappointed.
