Very nice and professional. Explained exactly what he was doing. Showed me why my A/C unit wasn't working properly. Explained to me what each part did, and cost. Was time efficient as well. They did a great job.

Got to my house sooner than I expected and did an excellent job getting my ac working correctly. The price was reasonable compared to other companies also. Very happy with the results. I highly recommend them.

Last week Franks did a temporary fix to the a/c because air was leaking out from under the unit. They told us the temp fix might or might not work. If it didn't call and they would reconnect the hoses and shorten the housing that connects to the house and a/c and if we wanted a permanent fix. They also gave us credit for the first temp fix.
Well I say enough good things about the Service and price. The tech was the greatest.
When we turned on the a/c the duck work in the house was so strong that I'm sure the person that put the new a/c in 3 year ago didn't hook up the system as tight and securely. Thank you thank you.
Won't be using anyone other than Franks.

I was very pleased with the work done on my air conditioner.. very professional and friendly .. it needed to be cleaned and it was done in a very detailed way .. all my indoor vents were checked as well as everything on the unit outside .. my filter inside was clean and did not need to be changed ..I would recommend Franks Air Conditioning and Heating .. Miguel did a very good job

Chris came quickly. He worked efficiently pinpointed the problem and fixed it immediately. I would have chris come again if I have any problems in the future. Polite friendly and on time, thank you.It's too hot not to have working air conditioning.

Needed emergency service. New customer and they were so friendly. Got there within a couple of hours as call service said tech had one call ahead of us. This was on a Saturday night. She asked us to be patient and he’d be there ASAP. He called us when on his way. Made temp repairs so we were cool till new part could be ordered and installed. Got our part under warranty which saved us quite a bit of money. Totally professional service. We’ll be using them for all our A/C needing the future.,Tech explained everything to us so that we could understand what was failing. Both he and the call center thanked us for the business.

Miguel cares about his work. Nothing more important to him than doing a good job for someone else. It's a pleasure to know him and I am going to make sure that he gets some friends of mine to work on their air conditioners

Miguel was very thorough. He took care of the issue with my a/c and got it back up and running in this hot summer weather. He definitely went above and beyond. I can see why this company gets great reviews!

I highly recommend using Frank’s. They were quick to address my needs. Their technician was on time, polite, and got the job done in no time. When I thought I had an issue, I called Debbie and she immediately sent a technician to check it out. Debbie and Keith, the owners will have your back when it comes to your HVAC needs. Also, very reasonable pricing for their parts and services.

I am very happy with their service and they were very prompt in getting to my home within two days and Franks AC is located right down the road from me... The worker was very knowledgeable and honest in his field of expertise and this was the first time I used Franks and it will not be the last.

AC went out at 4:30 PM on a Friday night. Tech got here at 6PM quickly diagnosed problem and repaired. Prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Will definitely call again in the future.

The technician was very knowledgeable about problem. I thought it was a condensation pan issue, but because there was no water, the tech, Miguel looked and v tested further. He found the actual problem, explained it, fixed it and I couldn't be more grateful. He was very efficient. At the end, the tech adjusted all my registers for me throughout the house. This team goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service at a cost a working person can afford!

Franks installed a new A/C system at our home in under 2 hours. The price was competitive for a Comfort Air unit.

They were able to send someone on the same day we called, and replace the whole system 2 days later. Great service!

Frank's responded immediately to my urgent AC problem. On the same day inspected the AC at my office. The AC unit was in bad shape and insufficient to properly cool the entire office space. A new and better/bigger unit was installed the next day. All in all a very satisfactory experience. Thank you, Danny, Miguel and the rest of the team.
