Jed was wonderful. He was able to come out the same day I called. His price was affordable and his work was great. He was patient and kind. There were issues with the pipes and valves after the installation and he made a trip back just to ensure that everything was working properly. Jed came out on a Sunday to unclog my toilet. I told him there is something stuck at the end of it. He said it was fixed but the next day I could not use it again. I have called him 5 times to come back out but he won't return my call. Very unprofessional!!
