I’ve known Drue Lawrence and his family for years. He is one of the kindest, caring, and responsible guys I know. He treats people with the upmost respect and pays attention to the details. I’ve seen him first hand as a guy who shows up every time and is a hard worker with a heart of gold. I am so excited for him to be in our region as an excellent general manager for Varsity Zone HVAC but even more excited to have him back in ATL as a friend. I would highly recommend him and the team to anyone.

Shemeta was very thorough in her work. First time seeing a female technician.

She diagnosed the issue to be leak thru nitrogen testing.

Hi I'm .Ms. Matthews. I don't where this young lady been, but she is really going places. Thank God for her. My AC been out for almost 2 weeks and she came and fix my issue. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Called and set up an appointment because we had a leak in our crawl space. Shameeta came out and unclogged the pipe and tuned up our AC system. Exceptional customer service will definitely be using Varsity Zone again if we have any further problems!

Ms Shimika from Varsity Zone HVAC arrived on time, what I liked very much. Her natural kindness and great communication skills contributed to a stress free and pleasant interaction.She addressed all my questions and explained clearly what she was going to do. In addition, she demonstrated to have strong technical skills and a great knowledge on HVAC systems. The quality of her work was outstanding, so far, the best provided, in comparison to all the previous companies that worked on my HVAC system.

Shemeta was great. She had to wait about 15 minutes and was very gracious. She was knowledgeable about the issue and explained in simple terms what needed to happen.

Shemeta was wonderful!! She’s professional, incredibly helpful, and has a wonderful spirit that brightens even the hottest rooms! So thankful for her and even more thankful that she was able to get out to my house in the middle of a crazy heatwave.

Varsity Zone came to the rescue today, the Sunday of a holiday weekend, when our air conditioner went completely out with four house guests. Shemeta knew her stuff and fixed our unit same day. We’re lucky to have this team in our neighborhood!

Shemeta was amazing! She is as knowledgeable as her personality is sunny! She had to crawl under my house to repair a loose duct that wasn't holding a filter. No problem. She brought a photo to show and explain the excellent work she did. The inspections she did on other HVAC gave me info and options about how a small refrigerant leak, and an aging water heater. Impressive!

After getting the run around from my other HVAC company, I tried these guys out since they are newly opened. Varsity Zone absolutely blew them out of the water. Shemeta was on time, communicated well, knew what she was doing, and found a more elegant and cost effective solution than the other team offered. I cannot recommend these guys enough, they really are top notch.
