This is a family owned business and I absolutely loved their customer service! The lady I spoke with on the phone was so nice and they were very accommodating. My appointment was originally scheduled for Wednesday but I called Monday because my plumbing issue got worse and they were actually able to send a technician out that same day, AND IT WAS A HOLIDAY!! I mean you really can’t beat that. Omar deserves a raise! He got the job done in no time. Really awesome people. Thank you all so much!

Never answered the phone

Called in last Thursday 10/26/23 scheduled an appointment for Saturday 10/28/23 . I was told my appointment window will be 11am -1pm . 1 pm came No-one called nor showed up . I called several times NO answer. Left a voicemail NO-ONE returned my call . Not to apologize nor reschedule. Would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Took off work for NO reason what a waste of a day . Wish I can give ZERO stars .
