Chris came right away on a Friday after hours. Fixed the problem. Very professional, knowledgeable and prompt!! Very thankful and will definitely use his service again!

Before I called Airtouch I had another company diagnos my problem. They immediately said I needed a new system.
So I called Airtouch for a second opinion and needless to say all I needed was 2 parts and a cleaning. They saved me thousands. Will definitely use them when I do need to change out.

Love this company and the service providers. They do excellent work. I call and within a day they have been to my home to check, install, and clean our HVAC units. I won't use anyone else since finding this company!!

My upstairs unit was not working this morning. Chris came by approx 1 hour after I called and had it repaired and cleaned in about 1 hour. Prompt, quick and reasonable charge.

Chino and his team are honest people and goes above and beyond for his customers. They’ve been working on our properties for years and we always highly recommend them to friends and family. Most importantly they never try to sell me something I don’t need. Other companies need to take notes!

Hands down the best HVAC people in Atlanta! They have done new installations and maintenance for me over the last year and are very responsive and service oriented. Any call I have made is returned promptly and they show up when they say they will. No games and they deliver what they promise. You will not find a better company to handle you heating and air needs.

I was shopping around calling different companies to get a fair price on my home repairs. This was second company I called and last! We called late business day on Friday. They answered and said they could come out Saturday morning. They kept us updated on when they would arrive and were on time. Very professional and friendly and I was shocked when I got the invoice and it was so inexpensive. They didn't try to sell us any extra services. These are our new A/C guys! Thanks guys for saving our summer!

I contacted Air Touch because of their furnace tune up special for the fall and was very pleased with the service. They not only checked my system, but the technician also explained to me issues I may have in the future. They didn't try to up sell me or pressure me into spending more money. I will definitely use them again when I need my A/C serviced to prepare for summer.

Tommy and Eulogio were two of the best AC technicians I have ever seen they came in and put everything together amazingly. They were professional could not have asked for better give these guys five stars.

Where do I begin!!!! Our technician was awesome!!!! Also I wanna say we ordered a new thermostat from Vivint and he installed it and did not charge for it! Oh and I wanna give a shoutout to the customer service people too! Very professional and they respond as soon as they can if you leave a message they have never kept me waiting. I will definitely be calling them for here on out. 😊 thanks!
