I am writing this review regarding the exemplary service I always receive with Alvin. He is a professional to the highest degree . Alvin explains what he is doing each and every step (without me asking). He takes his time to ensure the service is done right. I have a service maintenance agreement; Alvin came to service my heating system late last year- same professionalism. Alvin is an asset to Central Heating and Air; a company i have used for years

We've used Central Heat and Air for many years and their service and technicians have always been good. The most recent tech, Joshua B, was exceptional: knowledgeable, professional, and kind. He answered our questions and explained some technical details in a way we could easily understand. We've requested him to be our go-to service person. Highly recommended!

Alvin came by to check out our unit on one of the hottest weekends of the year and got us back up and running in less than an hour. He was kind and super knowledgeable, too!

I had the privilege of having my yearly maintenance of air and heating systems by Central Heating and Air Tech (Alvin). The Technician was very knowledgeable about my systems and explained how they worked and what he had tested. I highly recommend this company that I have used for years.

Have had a maintenance contract with Central since I purchased my house in 2010 and have always been pleased with the service. When the A/C stopped cooling during some of the hottest days this year, I braced myself for the worst. But my technician Alvin was courteous, professional, and found the problem right away. After replacing the capacitor, we were cool and comfortable again! I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Alvin arrived (on time). He was very thorough checking the system and cleaning the compressor unit outside. He also changed the filter. He does a very good job and gives me peace of mind about the reliability of my system.

Joshua B. was the rep that serviced our units, took time to explain what he was checking, and offered suggestions like CO2 detectors for our home.

Outstanding company! Committed to high quality customer care. Their employees are courteous, caring and conscientious. Whether installing new equipment or servicing existing equipment, their knowledge is deep and response to needs is consistent. Would highly recommend them!

We’ve done business for a number of years with Central H&A and our Technician Robert is THE reason we continue with. He is knowledgeable and totally focused on our system. He's a quiet man which I like so he's never distracted from why he's here. He is honest about what he assesses as the life of our system. We sincerely hope Robert is well taken care of and that we have him throughout the future. Business names are one thing, but the people make the business. He does just that. Congrats Robert, we value your work!

These guys were absolutely wonderful! They serviced my AC like I was royalty. Alvin and Willie fixed the issue with my unit, cleaned and serviced the entire system and did so in a very timely fashion. They even gave me a break on the total cost. Thank you y’all!

Jeremy came out on a Saturday and quickly fixed a problem with our main floor unit. He is awesome! We have been with Central Heating & Air the past 17 years. The new home systems (with upstairs zoned system) they installed almost 10 years ago have functioned so efficiently. We have been pleased with their annual maintenance agreement as well and we believe this really helps with the up-keep and overall health of our systems.

Nobody looks forward to the day that your HVAC system dies. My wife and I built our home in 1999 and we kept the original system in place for 25 years and it finally petered out this Spring. Central had been doing the maintenance over the past few years, allowing us to eek out a few more years before having to replace it. When it finally gave out, Chuck and his crew were great to work with. Mike came out and looked at our situation in order to put together a quote for the correct system for our home. He offered us (4) different options to choose from and went over the benefits of each. My wife and I discussed them and even though Mike did a great job of explaining the various options, I found I had more questions in order to choose the right product for our needs. I called and spoke to Keith in the office. That guy wrote the book on pros & cons in the A/C industry (not really but he sure could). He took the time to answer my questions regarding comfort, reliability, ease of use, etc. We settled on the Performance series with 2-stage compressor & furnace, and we added on the Guardian Air purifier (which we LOVE). Installation was quick, took the guys only one day to remove the old units and install the new system. The installers (can't remember their names sadly) were great. Cleaned up everything and took the time to explain the system and answer all of my questions.

A/C systems are not cheap, but Central gave me a great price (I shopped around quite a bit) and I have a fantastic warranty, which is nice after having to worry about repairs and failures from my old system over the past 5-6 years. I really appreciate the time they took with me to make sure I got the correct system for my house. We are loving our new system! Thanks to Chuck & the crew for doing great work!

Alvin did an amazing job servicing our three air conditioning units. He’s so efficient, thorough, conscientious and knowledgable.
He truly cares about his customers.

I have been using Central Heating &Air Conditioning for a little over five years now. Last week I learned my A/C unit needed to be replaced. Today they came to install my new Carrier unit and I was very happy with everything. They have always been professional and courteous and today was no different. I will be a customer of theirs as long as they will have me.

We needed help after hours because our cooling system was not working and kids and grandkids were arriving the next day. Reggie fixed the problem. Worked very hard and efficiently and got us back on track. Reggie is a true professional. I have used Central Heating and Air for about 40 years. Thank you for great service!

We’ve had a ton of issues with the existing ducting of our house and a very humid/moldy crawl space. A few other companies came out with quotes on repairs and tried to upsell us on what we needed. So it was such a pleasure when Dakota came out to not only check our system but also give us incredibly candid advice on what work needed to be done versus what was overkill, when he could have easily done the latter. He even found a small leak we weren’t aware of and was able to diagnose a problem we had with our a/c that morning.

We decided to move forward with an encapsulation of our crawl space and decided to get new furnace through central. The team came out, got the new furnace in, fixed our ducting issues my sealing them all, and added a new thermostat and filter box (one that doesn’t leak!). We couldn’t be happier with the results. Between their work and the encapsulation our air is so much cleaner, less humid, and more energy efficient. We will definitely be using central in the future — and a big shout out to Dakota for being so willing to answer questions and explain everything as our situation shifted to different needs. It made our lives a bit easier in a stressful time.

We had a system leak and a technician came out within two hours! Joshua let us know to expect him 30 minutes before his arrival, was kind and courteous, and fixed our problem immediately. We are so thankful for his help so late in the evening. Central Heating And Air never disappoints.

The experience with getting AC UNIT replaced was top of the line from initial contact to Central’s customer service who was able to provide appointment the same day with Mike. Mike did an awesome job explaining options and detailing the age of both units with recommendations. Jose and Seth showed up 1st thing the next day and was very professional with the installation process. Would totally recommend Central Heating & Air.

Update to my Cental Heating & Air Conditioning previous review.

Could not figure out how to add a new review, but today, March 3, Robert Martinez came out to give me an estimate for installing a new downdraft exhaust for my new, yet to be installed, downdraft. He was most professional, courteous and a pleasure to have him here to assess my situation. Within two hours of reviewing my needs and requirements he had provided a bid for the work to be addressed, and I accepted the quote provided.
While I am still waiting for other necessary steps to be competed, prior to addressing the exhaust, I trust, based previous experience with Central Heating and Air, the job will be performed as expected and desired.

Highly recommend this company and it's people.
