Great people. Great service. Better than fair service rates. I've dealt with this business for years and I've always been treated fairly and happy with their work. I highly recommend them for both your business and home.

Keith sent their service tech Ian by and he did a great job and had a very nice attitude something too often missed these days!

They set me up with a unit that will give me good service they were very nice they went above and beyond and I am very well pleased with my new heating and air unit. I would definitely use these people again because they were very nice and very professional thank you Keith heating and Air ☺️

We have used keith heat and air for many years. They are always very prompt in coming quick and have always done a excellent job to fix the problem. And cost is very reasonable. We will never call anyone else...5 stars here

Tim Keith has done a fantastic job on my new construction project. He has been very helpful with the planning and selection and installation of products that fit my needs. He and his guys are always there to help.

Keith & Richard were sent to my new residence and I could tell immediately that they were IT! In the future, I will will call one number and ask for 2 guys! Don’t waste your time reading more reviews, put them on speed dial!

Called at 8:15am and Keith was in my driveway at 9:37 am , that’s what I call fast. Had my problem fixed in 20 mins and found out I was a little low on Freon. Reasonable pricing too. Thanks Keith heating and air.

Last week my heat stopped working. I called Keith Heating and Air and two nice technicians came within two hours. They found a minor problem, and repaired it for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them!

Great knowledge and expertise! I like their check and clean service that gets my HVAC ready for the heating season in the fall and again for the cooling season in the spring. They reworked ductwork in my last remodel and did a beautiful job that resulted in a very comfortable house. It was a three-story challenge but they knocked it out of the park!

I've been using Keith since 2007 when they did the installation of new HVAC in a large remodel and addition of a 1931 home on Lookout Mountain, TN. I've used them for subsequent servicing in that home and a newer home I purchased a year ago and have always been satisfied with their work.

Fixed my problem very quickly and without trying to sell me a new unit (mine is very old). Price was extremely reasonable and they had the part on the truck, so no waiting. I am very pleased with their service and will use them for all my heating/ac needs in the future.

I have used Keith since 2000. They have installed and repaired AC units in multiple homes I have owned. A true family run business that stands by their work. Tim Keith and his wife Lee are truly one of the kindest couples I have ever known.

What a great experience. I called when I noticed outside light in my main air handler in my new house. I figured that wasn't normal. A Technician was out within an hour, and he was wonderful. I wish I could remember his name, but I believe any of their technicians would be just as nice.

He ended up bending some sheet metal to wall off the area that was exposed, and game me some information on what the cause could have been (oversight during the build). I also asked him to check my smart thermostats that I installed myself, which he did no for charge, they ended up being installed properly, and he was on his way.

I would definitely recommend Keith Heating & Air. 11/10

The good folks at Keith Heating & Air have gained a customer for life ! Last evening my AC unit went down and my wife and I spent a miserable night with fans trying to keep the house livable and I began calling local companies for help most of them didn’t return calls or couldn’t schedule a technician to meet for several days to a week. Keith called me promptly when they opened this morning and by this afternoon my home is cool. Thank You for your help and professionalism.

A few months ago, we called Keith Heating and Air when my mom’s unit stopped working. They had it repaired within 2 hours, for a reasonable price, and the techs were very nice to my mother. Last night my HVAC finally died and they are installing a new one this morning IN THE RAIN! We definitely recommend Keith!
