A neighbor recommended this cleaning team. I was reluctant at first because we are on an extremely tight budget. Veronica came to our house to review and give a quote at a very convenient time. She was very sensitive to my personal family situation. I was overwhelmed with joy when I entered our home with my husband who had been in a hospital for more than three weeks. Everything was immaculately clean; personal items were folded and arranged on the counters properly. We have a lot of valuable fine art and crafts; each piece was dusted and repositioned .

Veronica and her team are awesome. They are much better than the bigger chain companies who will send different people with different results every time. I like knowing who is coming to my home and what to expect. I appreciate their consistency and attention to detail!

I called and they answered the telephone like this:
"Hello"
Me: "Is this Dolce House Cleaning?"
Them: "Yes"
(and I'm thinking, why didn't you answer the phone with your business name) THEN
I asked about an estimate and they said:
"I am at work right now. Text me your info"
Me: "OK" ... and DID......
THEM: NOTHING!!!!! No Response.....so I'm wondering Why they have all Good reviews?? They can't even answer the phone properly NOR respond to request for an estimate...I'll pass
