Josh was very responsive and timely. He quickly diagnosed that my AC had iced over due to my filters being clogged with calcium deposits from using hard tap water in our humidifiers over the winter months. I would've never deduced that on my own! He came back after we let the system thaw out for a day to do a full disgnosis and make some operational adjustments. I was so pleased and impressed with Josh's knowledge and approach that I've committed to having No Bogus do my annual system inpections and services. I would enthusiastically and confidently reccomend Josh and No Bogus Heating & Cooling for any of your HVAC needs.

Great company to work with! They communicated well and arrived when they said they would. What I really liked was that they explained everything and patiently answered all my questions. They showed me pictures of problems and gave me four options to address my furnace issues. I would highly recommend them!

Our heater stopped working on Christmas Day, and we reached out to No Bogus for help. Richard answered the call, and after a couple troubleshooting ideas, we were back up and running for the evening. Since we weren’t sure of the extent of the trouble, Richard offered to come out the next day to run through our system and see what was going on. He and Josh arrived at 9 am the next day, checked everything, made some adjustments, and then recommended some simple items to keep our already 12 year old furnace running for longer. I have no doubt a lesser quality company would have pushed for us to replace the system to make as much money off of us as possible. Richard and Josh were honest, knowledgeable, and got the job done quickly. I wouldn’t consider calling any other company in the future. No Bogus is the best!

These guys were so awesome, they go above and beyond, installed a heatpump and furnace, thermostat and ran a new air return!! I had 5 bids and they were by far the BEST! They left everything clean, explained everything thoroughly, and are so responsive always got right back to me!! I highly recommend!!

No Bogus was able to get me on their schedule quickly for a full HVAC service. Josh inspected my whole system, made some minor adjustments to pressures to ensure no future problems, explained what he was testing and what the results meant, and also gave me easy maintenance tips to keep everything running as best as it can. These guys are awesome. They are totally nerdy about HVAC and I love that they really tell me and actually know what's going on. I own a commercial building and have 4 HVAC units (all in different stages of disrepair) and not-a-one did I have to replace because they FIXED THEM ALL. They have already saved me thousands of dollars and they're also cool and easy to be around which is an added bonus. Highly recommend this local business!

The No Bogus crew are amazing! Had some issues with an AC unit issues and instead of immediately saying to get a new unit (like another company), they let me know what was and was not fixable. I appreciated the transparency and professional work. Highly recommend!
