We have used Gene’s Heating & Cooling since we bought our first home 40 years ago!! ( both of our parents used Gens’s also) We use them for our Annual maintenance every spring and fall! Using this service we have rarely had a break down, additionally it added years to the life of our system! When it did come time to replace our system with a new high efficient system, we chose Gene’s once again!
They have always delivered on the services they promised, for the price quoted!

We were in the process of selling my mom's house after she had passed away and the a/c quit working. I called Gene's the next morning and they came out that afternoon and it was a quick fix. So thankful they could get to us quickly and did a great job.

My parents did business with Gene’s Appliance. I feel honored to still be able to business with them. Furthermore, as an adult, to be able to do this business with Gene’s adult children makes me feel confident in *all* of our futures. (People: There really is something special about a family business that serves a community for this many years. Quality, price, and service will always the value.)

They’ve ALWAYS been incredible to us. They earned our business one Christmas Eve and we weren’t even existing customers. Our furnace went out, it was cold as all get out and they were here within an hour to get us up and going. They installed our new system for us. There’s no way we would have gone with anyone else. They were here within an hour this past Valentine’s Day. Record cold morning. Snow had blocked our intake pipe. Rick got us up and going. They are always, always, so very quick to respond to ANY call if it’s after hours or during regular business hours. This morning we had a power interruption giving us an error code on our screen. They rescued us over the phone…immediately! I couldn’t possibly recommend these folks more highly!!!

Gene's Appliance AC & Heating replaced my 90 yr old boiler. They were professional, experienced and their price was very competitive. There were some problem with my existing piping and they made the repairs with no questions asked. I recommend Gene's for your HVAC needs.

We were having issues with our furnace working on/off for about 3 months (about January-March) and went through two other companies who couldn’t figure out the issue. The second company referred us to Gene’s because they worked on Trane furnaces and were highly knowledgeable. Susan was very helpful and was able to have Rick came out quickly to check it out. He seen a crack in the heat exchange which could have been the issue (easy to miss). This part was still under warranty but when he called Trane they wouldn’t have the part for 3-6 weeks. Rick advocated on our behalf and understood regarding it being cold and us having a toddler. Trane ended up replacing our entire furnace so we only had to pay for the cost of labor since they couldn’t get the part in a reasonable time. I can’t explain how relieved we were. They came out as soon as they could to replace the furnace and were quick with the install. The furnace works great! I would definitely recommend Gene’s to anyone have issues and will call them without question in the future with any issues!

I would highly recommend this company for all your hvac and air conditioning needs. I just had a new heating system and water heater installed and the service techs were knowledgeable, efficient and very courteous. The price was very fair and competitive. Very happy with the service I received!!

Very easy to work with. Genes made this sometimes stressful ordeal easy and convenient and stress free. Explained all of our options clearly and honestly. Came up with the best deal for our needs. Installation and crew very professional knowledgeable and curtiious. Extremely pleased and will recommend to others in the future. They have our bussines.

Gene's is professional, responsive, and fairly priced. I would highly recommend their services. We had a maintenance service & insulation replaced along with checking out the electrical disconnect and breaker for the a/c. The technician (Tanner) even put on a mask when coming in the house when they noticed we were wearing them. Thank you Gene's!

I can't say enough about Mike, Tanner & Rob, they did an excellent job installing our new ac and heating system , we are very pleased with the proficient and expertise in the work and cleanup they did. Gene's appliance hit a home run with us when they estimated the total cost of everything which was unbelievable compared to other bids from other a/c installation company's , we highly recommend Gene's appliance!!!

We have an old A/C unit that we know will have to be replaced soon, and they easily could have told us we needed a whole new unit. It only needed Freon, and it’s working good as new. The technician was friendly and efficient. This is the second time we’ve used Gene’s, once for our furnace and the second for the A/C. We will definitely continue using them.

I switched to Genes about 15 years ago for all HVAC and water heater service and replacement. I just had a full system replaced in another home in the heat of the summer and as expected, they were responsive, courteous and prompt. There prices are competitive and you know they are honest and upstanding.....they wont leave you hanging or overcharge you.

My family has had Gene's Appliances do routine furnace/ac maintenance and new installations for many years. They always provide great service and offer suggestions for the best results. It's nice to feel you can trust a company to be honest! Why would you call anyone else?

Gene's installed my original Trane HVAC in 1992, 31 years later, the compressor finally gave out. Talked to Sue on a Monday, and by Friday, a new system was installed. They are a great group of people to work with. Thanks for your excellent and prompt service!!!

My water heater had a leak and we called Gene’s and the next morning bright and early they were there to replaced the old hot water heater. The craftsmen were very efficient and neat not clutter. They drained and removed the old heater and installed a new one. Well worth the price. I did call others and they were unable to get to the job that fast. So I would definitely use them again.

Been using Genes appliance for over 8 years now for my home and all my rentals units. It’s the Only trust worthy company that I trust. I had issues with other companies in the past. All of Genes appliance employees are good, honest, and very dependable. Will continue using them and will recommend them to Neighbors, friends , and family.

I have used Gene’s for more than 15 years. They installed our current A/C unit and Furnace back then and they maintain both every six months. I can not say enough good things about their service over the years. My A/C unit quit running last week on a 103 degree day.. It didn’t matter it was on a Sunday Rick the owner came out and replace a part and was on his way in ten minutes. Genes is a great company and they provide great service.
