Greg was recommended by a friend and did a superb job on my very old carpet! He did a great job prespotting areas that were tough to get the dirt out and it looked great afterwards. He even did the rug by the door when he was done to clean up anything that might have been gotten on it from the hose. I would definitely recommend Superior Cleaning Systems!

Just had my carpets cleaned by them… Absolutely wonderful… Highly recommended. Family room, master, master closet, three bedrooms with closets, upstairs landing area, staircase and front door area rug. (We have two dogs, a prior sick cat, and two young kids with 5 years of living in the house full of parties and gatherings)needless to say the carpets needed help!

In and out of the house in approximately 2 hours and the carpet isnt soaking wet either. Looks wonnnnderful. And super sweet guy with great customer service!!!

So I called Greg yesterday afternoon/evening. Totem what my problem was, that my water heater flooded my basement saturating my carpet and making my house smell like a swamp! He called me a price of between 225 and $230 and said he could be out here in less than 24 hours! He and Mike actually showed up on a half hour earlier than they said, got everything done professionally and were very friendly! Asked him about some work on my upstairs carpet and he threw that in for a very minimal price just because they were here. Ended up paying $240 and they were in and out . My house smells better looks better and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing carpet cleaning! Thanks guys!

Gregory did an amazing job and was very professional. I would highly recommend them for carpet shampooing. We had another service that came in yesterday that did a bad job and thus had a very direct comparison, Gregory was even able to deodorize areas where our dog had left urine stains on the carpet. 5 stars!

Firstly, he is so responsive got back to my text right away and schedule an appointment the very next day! We have a lot of dog hair on the couch and I felt bad that I hadn’t even vacuumed it before he came he said, don’t worry we got it all. He had this really cool tool that combed off all the dog hair in a matter of minutes that he just vacuumed up!

On top of that, I had a white couch with tons of stains that you would never believe actually got out. It would’ve taken me hours of frustration on my own time doing it and it would’ve only have been spot cleaned so the whole couch would have looked awkward. I’m so glad that I called Greg to do it. I actually watched as they steam cleaned the couch, and you could literally see the black dirt lifting off every time Greg’s business partner, Mike, went over it with the steamer, a little bit more was cleaned off. Greg and Mike did two couches in under 2 hours at a very reasonable price . I am so pleased with the results! My couch was fresh and clean no spots and looks like brand new!!

Greg grew up a few doors down from me ironically, and still lives in the community and has that special authentic touch of being so personable with his customers! He’s a hard-working, family man and we had a fun discussion about different family vacations at national parks, and where we dream of visiting next:)

After an accident, we had A LOT of blood on white carpeting. Greg was there within an hour of our call and, when he was done, it looked as if nothing had ever happened. Excellent and friendly service. Excellent work. I highly recommend them.
