Brian did a great job reviewing options for furnace and a/c replacement, and was very responsive answering all my questions. The installation crew did a great job - efficient, thorough, and clean. My experience with Comfort Care is that they are prompt, courteous, and professional!

I have been a customer of the owner of Comfort Care for 20 years. He used to work for a company our builder used and that is how I met him. We had a complex heating/air issue and he came in and figured it out immediately. I recognized how talented he was then and I've followed him since. It is not easy to find such competent people who have integrity and Brian, the owner, has both. I recommend Comfort Care without any hesitation and I appreciate all the years of excellent service they have provided to our family.

Our furnace was 47 years old, so we decided to stop pushing our luck and invest in a new furnace. So we went on a learning curve to find out the who, what and where. After meeting with an number of installers we met with Mike. With his knowledge of replacing our old furnace, this was a done deal. They came on the scheduled day and went to work. They totally respected the covid 19 and wore masked the entire time they were here. Mike and his brother did an outstanding job, the installation went great. Remember this furnace been there for 47 years so some things had to be changed, they did the necessary duct work to bring us up to date. The furnace has been working great. Comfort Care gave us top quality service, price, and product.
If you need heating or air conditioning, do yourself a favorite, just call them and be done with it.

Comfort Care replaced my 22yr old furnace and super old AC unit with ease. Before they installed the new ones, they thoroughly cleaned all my vents as well. They were friendly and professional. I'd give them more stars if I could.

The service was exceptional. They were polite and took care to cover the hardwood floor, the carpet and their shoes. They got the job done as expected and did not pressure me to purchase something I didn't need. I would recommend Comfort Care because they provide the kind of service you just don't find anymore. There was no mess left behind and they took time to answer questions and made sure I understood how the new furnace worked. They are professionals who know what they are doing and are proficient at it.

Comfort Care replaced our 16 year old American Standard furnace (2 stage)/air conditioner with a Bryant furnace (2 stage)/air conditioner. We couldn't be happier with them. The replacement took 4-5 hours and you'd never know that they had been to our home. Cleanup and hauling away our old units was flawless. The Bryant furnace is much quieter than our old unit and heats our house much more efficiently. We've been using Comfort Care for over 10 years for our bi-annual maintenance and will enthusiastically continue to do so.

Just moved into a new home from out of state only find out that the previous owner did an incomplete job installing my new furnace. Called Comfort Care, Courtney did a great job asking questions to understand the situation and offered short term solutions while I waited for a technician to arrive. The technician, Brian was great to work with and was able to assess the situation. He was very knowledgeable and made sure I was well informed on what needed to be done to fix the situation. I’m extremely pleased and grateful for the level of service I received from Comfort Care.

They showed up right on time! Very professional, explained the scope of work to me in a way I could understand it. Left the house cleaner than when the showed up and gave me great maintenance tips. 100% recommend!

They patiently discussed all sorts of options, pros and cons with us until we felt comfortable with our purchase. Their pricing was straightforward. They came out when they said they would, worked super efficiently, cleaned up after themselves, were friendly, and finished in one day! They took the time to discuss filters and thermostat options and their preferences with us. And they were happy to pet our dogs 😊. Highly recommend.

We have used Comfort Care for years. The annual maintenance plan keeps our air conditioners/furnaces running well and there are never surprises. We are always advised on potential problems.

When our 18 year old furnace malfunctioned, they offered options. We opted for a new furnace. It was installed that day! The technitians were great. They were timely, professional and explained everything. Highly recommend Comfort Care!

After my father in law's recommendation, we have used Comfort Care for years to keep our old HVAC system working. When it finally quit, and we needed a new HVAC system Comfort Care did not disappoint. The guys were AWESOME and were able to work with our 1876 basement and put in our new Bryant system. This old house has never felt warmer. I would recommend Comfort Care to anyone with HVAC needs.

SO grateful to have found Comfort Care! Our furnace was going in and out, we had one company tell us their soonest was 2 weeks, another company had to come out twice to tell us what might be wrong and quoted us an unreasonable amount to replace the furnace.

Comfort Care was at our home within 3 hours of my call, determined the issues instantly and quoted us a great price on a new furnace. Brian and Mike were back out the next morning installing it and reconfiguring our duct work to be properly functional. We could not be happier with their work, their communication and our new furnace. We will be using Comfort Care forever moving forward and highly, highly recommend them!!

I have been with Comfort Care for many years! I am now moving and will miss their wonderful service! They are dependable, reliable and just great to have in my home. From scheduling to their visit, I have NEVER had anything but professionalism and the knowledge that they know what they are doing! I have been part of their program for years where they come twice a year and check and clean all the systems, and I am always been pleased with their work and assured my systems are all set for the season….and they always have been! Their prices are very fair and their service is great! I would suggest this would be the FIRST AND ONLY service you call!
