Vito was here for a cleaning but also did a very complete and thorough inspection and went over every detail with me.

We have been using Elite Air for our regular maintenace for years, and recently had them install a new furnace, air conditioner and hot water heater in our home. We are very happy with the results. The crew arrived on time and completed the whole project ahead of schedule. They were respectful of our home and of covid safety guidelines, which we appreciated. Thanks to Brian, Jason, Vito, Joe, Jimmy and whole crew for getting it done. Highly recommend Elite Air for maintenance and new equipment installation.

We are SO happy with this company. Joe, Brian, Kurt, Nick, Dino, and the rest of the crew were awesome from the initial consultation until the day they installed our new AC unit. The communication was fantastic between both the crew working and the call center. From the get-go I had a good vibe from the owner and he didn’t fail to meet our expectations. We can’t recommend them enough.

Made a call after thermostat temp was not Performing at set Temp. Nick, the technician came out quickly after my call and was able to solve the problem and inform me on what was going on and explain everything. He was also extremely nice and helpful. Very happy with my service, Highly recommend.

Thanks to the professional and knowledgable technicians at Elite Air for our brand new Trane furnace. The techs were great explaining the tear out and install of the new furnace. Moved into a new home and there was a problem with the heat distribution. Vito diagnosed the problem and he and his crew fixed it.

Nick and Elite came out for an emergency call on a Sunday when our furnace went out. Came back the next day to finish the job. I feel very good that I got a very fair price and that Nick did the highest quality work. I trust Nick and Elite and will use them again.

Same timely service as last visit. Once again, Elite Air provided reliable trustworthy service. We called for a spring check up for our air/heating system. The technician, Vito, was terrific. Explained exactly what was needed and what was still in good shape. Answered all questions and very thorough with no sales pitch. Detailed invoice provides clearly all work done, status of system, and charges are easy to understand and in writing. Once again very pleased with Elite and sure to stay cool this summer.

Vito is an awesome technician with Elite Air and has been so helpful! He's very responsive and explains what he's doing. Elite Air is a very trustworthy company and Vito is a great guy to work with!

Even though they were short handed today, Nick was able to swing by and check out the leak I had. He identified the problem quickly and had it repaired in less than 15 minutes and was very friendly the whole time. Also checked twice with me that there was nothing else that was having issues. Would highly recommend Nick and Elite Air!

Nick was very professional and willing to go the extra mile on solving our problem with our furnace. We had another company out prior that recommended a full furnace replacement. We had Elite Air come out as a second option before replacement. Nick took the time to find out the real problem and fix the furnace. The furnace has been working great with no issues since Nick resolved the issue.

So happy with Vito’s service today of spring cleaning my A/C. He was prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. He answered all my “silly” questions with patience. He even went above and beyond and showed me how to install my water pad filter on my humidifier. I can now rest easy knowing that I am reading for summer! They always make me feel safe and comfortable! I will ALWAYS use this company. Thank you for all your great work Vito, and Elite Air.

I had an A/C leak. Elite Air came out quickly to make the needed repair. Nick was very professional and got my A/C back up and running with no hassles. I highly recommend!

My technician was named Vito and he was so wonderful. He took care of my furnace and he explained the procedures and what was wrong and how we could be proactive in keeping the furnace healthy. He spoke to my husband on the phone, he was very personable, professional, and provided excellent customer service. This is the second time we have used this company. Both technicians from this company have been outstanding. I would recommend this company, service, and technicians as outstanding.

Elite Air did an amazing job installing my furnace. They were in great communication the entire process leading up to the installation. Brian from Elite got back to us promptly on the phone and sent a tech quickly to look at things to get a preliminary estimate. Everything was clearly explained. The admin, Traci, got in touch to confirm all aspects of the ordered repair. The installation was scheduled the next day after they picked up the parts. Traci reached out as soon as y know when this wild be possible to setup an appointment. When taking things apart, the senior tech, Nick, noticed that the issue was actually different than what we all thought at first and explained the choices and fixed it for less than half the price of the original estimate. The whole experience was very professional and options were clear with no obfuscation. I recommend heartily their services.
