Kuna did a great job in diagnosing my fridge! I would definitely hire Pacific Appliance Solutions again. I did need a new fridge due to the approx cost it would have been to get a replacement part which he explained. But while troubleshooting, Kuna had a different part on him that he swapped out for me while confirming things. He was very thorough and efficient. And at the end he recommended a brand of fridge that I ended up purchasing that I am very happy with. Thanks for your help!

Samsung dryer 5 yr warranty just ran out when it stopped working. I found by a Google search Pacific Appliance repair had a 5 star rating and was near Franklin Park IL. I called and a technician came in an hour. The problem was a couple of heat sensors. The technician did not have an easy time with the problem, he had to come back a couple of days in a row.
His determination to fix this machine was over the top. He did get it working and it has been working great. Very professional team and a very fair price for the service. Thank you Kuna, we appreciate someone who works hard like you do.

Service provider, Kuna (no last name) diagnosed and successfully repaired the fan issue on our Refrigerator . He did this in just two visits — with humor and patience. It was late in the evening but, he showed up and went above and beyond. If his company doesn’t know how valuable he is, they do now. Perfection.
