Jack is the reason Public Plumbing gets our repeat business. He first came to our house to fix some inspection repairs before we sold it. He moved effortlessly from task to task performing each one with a high degree of knowledge and efficiency. Throughout his time there he was respectful of our property and diligently cleaned every area as he worked. He fixed a leaky sink, secured a toilet, improved the water pressure in the shower, and installed a new cover on the ejector pump. He returned the next day to check on the functionality of the ejector pump cover and made necessary adjustments to ensure that it works properly, He gave excellent advice about the city drain repair program, as there was some concern from our buyers’ inspection that the sewer in front of our house needed repair. We contacted Jack after we moved into a temporary apartment to fix a clogged kitchen drain. He came over on a Saturday and once again performed professionally and confidently as he solved the problem, and he was sure to clean the area while he worked. We were left with better water pressure in our kitchen sink and a clear drain through which the water from our dishwasher and sink flowed toward the basement. He made recommendations for further plumbing work to be completed by the owner of the building. I will recommend Public Plumbing, and Jack specifically, when he is ready to schedule the work.

Jack was amazing, our hot water tank sprung a leak and he come over the same day and replaced the unit.

We had a great experience with Public Plumbing. The whole team was great. We were referred to them by our HVAC company and the owner (Mike) called to talk over options for our old water heater. Lisa (in the office) was responsive and helpful. The person who installed (Jack) was professional, patient, and thoughtful. He was creative in coming up with solutions, too! Jack was prompt, thorough, tidy, and went the extra mile for us. Couldn’t ask for more!
