Pathetic customer service. In spite of me providing the full picture that the socket is behind the machine and will need 2 people, they send one. He took $85 as "service fees" for showing up and did not do anything.
Another technician was scheduled and that kept rescheduling for 1 week.
So one week later, after more than 40 calls and 7 reschedules, my simple problem still remains.
This place is a waste of time and money. Do not contact them unless you want to just sit on your electricity problems.
