We have had 3 individuals clean our household since we started with MaidPro, and each have gone above and beyond each time. We've been very pleased with the attention to detail and both the general cleaning and deep cleaning services provided. We now always look forward to Serafina's (our regular MaidPro) visits as she does an especially great job. Each time she leaves our house feeling thoroughly clean, and she's always pleasant to have in our home. Thank you!

MaidPro has exceeded our expectations. We use them to do move-in and move-out cleaning for our rental company business, as well as to regularly clean the entrances and stairwells in our building. Alan has been extremely easy to work with. He's one of those people who just understands customer service and how to work with people. Our cleaning person does a fantastic job as well. I am fanatical about having my tenants move into a clean place, and whenever I go in after Auzsa has cleaned, I literally can't find anything she missed. She's thorough and fast. This company is trustworthy, flexible, and high quality. Definitely recommend.

We have been using MaidPro for almost 2 years now. I feel confident I can give feedback and it will be heard. Alan is always responsive on the office end. Angela is our regular Pro and she does a fantastic job, from her detailed work to navigating working around a funky schedule inside our house. Thankful to have found a super reliable service that shows as scheduled every other week for us.

I've had a great experience with MaidPro from the beginning. When I was first interested I spoke with Alan and he answered my many questions. Now I look forward to Keeley's visits every month. She's kind and professional and she leaves our home sparkling every time. The one time I needed a schedule change both Alan and Keeley were extremely accommodating. It starts with Alan, professional , courteous and above all not pushy at all. Lays out what his organization can offer you after hearing what you want, to help both parties get what they want.

On the day of the clean, Linda arrived early, with all the tools she needed for the deep clean. Professional, and very positive energy. She did a thorough deep clean of the house reaching areas that I for sure expected her to miss (other cleaners have missed those).

Above all I was happy with my clean and the company. Would recommend

I have been using maidpro every two weeks for over a year now. Our pro Linda is just phenomenal. We couldn’t be happier with her. She does a fantastic job cleaning the place. We have been using MaidPro since we moved here last August and we are so happy with our monthly service! Roxie is our pro and we really appreciate how sweet, attentive and on time she is every month. She is so great at working around us while we work from home and always request her fore very visit.

I started using MaidPro Lincoln Park on a friend's glowing recommendation and they have been everything she said they would be and more. I get a monthly cleaning from Chiquita, who is just lovely. She has a great attitude and works efficiently, and has been happy to adjust her process to my preferences. Lakia has done some drop-in cleanings and has also been great. The office staff is prompt and responsive when I need rescheduling or extra services.

I booked a deep cleaning for my 2-bed, 2 bath condo in preparation for having guests. Roxie completed the job in 3 hours and cleaned my place much better than I've ever done on my own! The floors and windows were spotless and she covered all the areas that are easy to overlook (floorboards, under countertops, etc.). She used my vacuum cleaner but otherwise brought all of her own supplies. I worked from home during the cleaning and kept my cat (who likes to get in the way when I clean) with me in one room while Roxie worked on the rest of my place, and then we switched off. I now have a new standard of cleanliness, and will definitely use MaidPro again for an annual deep cleaning!

Sometimes spots have five star reviews and are not actually good. MaidPro is actually good. Alan is communicative, easy to work with, and flexible as my work schedule is always changing. Anthony does a great job cleaning and tidying my apartment. He messages when he's on his way and leaves a check-list of what was done on my front table. I'm always out of the house when he's there and return to a peaceful, beautiful home. Really grateful for this team.

We've been using MaidPro for monthly cleanings for nearly a year now, and we couldn't be happier with the service. Customer satisfaction and professionalism is clearly a top priority for them. We are lucky enough to have Lakia as our MaidPro, and she does an incredible job every time. Aside from her just being generally wonderful, her attention to detail and thoroughness are unmatched, and she always goes above and beyond!

MaidPro cleans our condo common areas. They do an excellent job cleaning but what's most important they show up when they say they are going to! We've had so much trouble with that in the past. They let me know when they are on the way - communication is great.

Finally got around to signing up with a cleaning service and just had our first cleaning yesterday with Heidi and couldn't be happier... Heidi was very professional, friendly, and hard working and left our place sparkling clean; it looks way better than after we try to clean ourselves. Alan in the office was also very friendly and accommodating in getting us scheduled, will definitely be continuing with recurring services... If you're looking for a cleaning service MaidPro is great, don't delay you will definitely be happy and like us wish you would have hired someone sooner.

Lybert is the best! She always makes me feel like she cares about cleaning my home. Everything is always nice and neat. I moved my scheduled cleaning day, just so I could have her as my pro. Great hire!

MaidPro has been everything they advertised and more. I just moved to a new apartment, and I've set up bi-weekly cleaning, since I work from home and it's hard to find the time to clean properly! My pro arrived the first day ready to go and we built an immediate friendly relationship. She did an excellent job and I look forward to having her in for future cleanings. MaidPro has been great to work with. Chiquita is always a joy to see and she does a phenomenal job and always with a big smile on her face! She truly loves what she does and it shows through in her cleaning. She even brought a certain brush with her so she can scrub our tub even better. Truly a Class-A experience every time. We have seriously been looking for a reliable and good cleaning service for over a decade. It always seems to be hard to find someone you can count on to do the job well, show up on time (or at all) and not cancel last minute. Veronica from MaidPro has been a god send for us. She is consistent, timely, gets the job done and always does it with a smile. She's a pleasure to have around and we never have to worry if she will show up, if she will cancel last minute or if we will need to re-clean areas after she leaves (like ALL cleaning services we had tried before her). After working together for almost a year now on a bi-monthly basis we are so happy to have finally found a consistent, reliable, and kind cleaner/company.
