I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Portable Plus Steam Cleaning. I had 2 vintage velvet chairs that were in desperate need of a bath. They were able to get me on their schedule quickly, and did an excellent job. The price was very very reasonable as well! Highly recommend and I will absolutely be using them for any future upholstery and carpet cleaning needs

Very positive experience with scheduling, pricing and work done by the Portable Plus team. They reached out to provide a quote before the appointment and gave me updates on the work as they were completing things. Everything turned out looking clean and bright and would definitely recommend to others.

Leon responded promptly to all of our communication, showed up on time, and kept us posted along the way for a job that was bigger than they had anticipated—and they charged exactly what they said they would, without trying to do any add-ons. Really great to work with.

Portable Plus is top notch. Leon and team came out and did a thoroughly professional job for a competitive price for our condo building. We had some issues because our carpet had been neglected for so long and Leon came back out at no charge to handle it. Additionally he steam cleaned and sealed our tile and grout. Turned out great. Highly recommend.

Leon is great. We have him in every 12 to 18 months and our very old wall to wall carpets still look good. We just had him in to clean up from a pup potty apocalypse that went undetected for several hours and he did a solid job getting up stains that I thought would have been permanent. Leon keeps to a pretty precise schedule (no multi-hour windows, thank you) and is quick but careful. Pricing is very fair. Highly recommended.

Update: Leon was just here to take care of another doggie delinquency. When I first reached out, he responded immediately even though he was on vacation. He came by as soon he could when he was back. Service is outstanding. The carpets are at least 15 years old, but with regular care by Leon they are still in good shape. Thanks again.

Extremely pleased from start to finish. Spent a bit of time back and forth on texting and Leon was warm and friendly, professional, no big pressure Sell, just explaining clearing what can be done and the prices. It turned out afterwards to cost me less and I appreciate his honesty. They arrived on time and were done within the time frame given. Everything looked better than I expected.
What I would say was my best part of this experience was the ease of communication. Timely and easy to understand. I had my couch cleaned, six chairs, part of my table he spiffed up the chrome, buffed my floors, cleaned bathroom tile, and my carpet came out looking brand new.

It's such a good feeling using local businesses. I'll be using them again but not for a while as my place looks brand new!

I just tried out this company's cleaning service for the first time, and am very pleased. Leon was extremely responsive, the price was right and the two rugs came out looking like new. I am very happy that I found this company and highly recommend it.
