I called for an emergency due to my chimney being completely blocked. They came out the same day, inspected it, and cleaned it out. They came the next day to fix what was wrong with my chimney, which I am glad because some toxic fumes were coming in to my home. I love that I didn't have to wait. The air quality in my house is so much better. They are very friendly and professional. They ALWAYS asked if I had any questions after explaining something to me. Thank you Chimney USA. 😀

Out of 20 plus frantic phone calls to companies seeking help for a squirrel inside my home located in my fireplace, Chimney USA was the ONLY company who made time to fit me in the same day and help.
Mirna and Jacob arrived at my home and "RESCUED" our family... lol.
They were both so super professional, worked very good as a team, and the best part was that they didnt even mind educating us on the process and some tips that we could do prevent it happening again.
They recommended that we install chimney caps on the top of our chimney to prevent water and any more critters entering our home through the chimney. We also got educated on the importance of having our flues cleaned to prevent carbon monoxide poisoning entering our home.
We decided to have them take care of it all and they did so all on the same day and at a very reasonable price.
I surely recommend them to any and anyone seeking this type of help!

The recent storms blew my chimney cap off so I called USA Chimney for a chimney inspection. They were able to come out that same day and were able to provide a quote for replacing the cap and chimney liner. While they were onsite I decided to have them clean the chimney and check for obstructions. The prices quoted were within the ranges I saw while researching this type of work. I'd recommend them if you're in need of repairs or cleaning services. Prompt, professional and fair pricing is what you can expect from this company.

My chimney was having a condensation problem, resulting in leaks and damage to my walls. I had several people misdiagnose the cause, but when I called Chimney USA, Mirna accurately identified the problem (it needed a liner and flashing repair) and outlined what they would do to fix it. Raphael and Sergio came by to do the job, and I couldn’t be more pleased with their work and professionalism. My chimney is now lined and good to go. Just a great experience all around! I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Chimney USA did a phenomenal job rebuilding my Mom's chimney in 2017, it looks better than any chimney on her block. Since my retirement, I have taken a more active role as caregiver to my Mom's regarding setting up and facilitating home repairs nd based home maintenance.

Today's annual inspection and gutter cleaning went better than expected which I truly appreciate. I love the professionalism, care and workmanship. Mirna and her crew are the most caring and compassionate contractors I have ever worked with. They were so considerate and respectful to my 84 year old mother while following state COVID-19 safety procedures.

Both times, Mirna and her crew were patient and careful to fully explain their services and answer every question which put my Mom at ease. In 2017 they even had a video and today the crew provided pictures to show us the importance of regularly scheduling the annual inspection. The work areas were cleaned and left in the original condition when they arrived.

The crew has excellent people and communication which I witnessed when we had to interact with one neighbor who granted us permission to his property for the gutter cleaning. The crew navigated a tight space to ensure that there was no damage. They guys were masters at handling the ladders and the situation. Bravo to Raul and Chris!

We felt more like family than just a customer. My calls were always returned and I was promptly notified there was a need or opportunity to reschedule. I received a text or call to keep me update on crew's ETA.

I have already recommended Chimney USA to my friends and family. I can't wait to finish other repairs at my Mom's house so that I can get work done at my house.

Excellent professional work , We had 2 chimney’s rebuild , the first property had a leak which damaged the ceiling ,
I was impressed with the chimney Technician as he spent about 45 minutes inspecting the roof to insure the chimney was the problem.
He explained everything after the inspection.
They fixed my chimney within one day , and took numerous photos at each step of the way explaining the materials used for the project.
The second building needed a complete rebuild , both buildings were 2 stories high and was impressed with safety measures taken to insure they kept a safe work area.
We are very satisfied with the quality work preformed at both building.
They left both work sites clean.
I have complete Confidence in the Company owner Mirna , she delivered quality honest work.

The restoration that Chimney USA made to my chimney was amazing. This is the only company that will show you before pictures that they take to explain what services are needed and why. After completing the service, Chimney USA will share pictures with you of how they repaired your chimney. Whereas, some companies that are on your roof do not show before or after pictures, you just take their word for what is needed! Truly unfair to consumers. Chimney USA make sure you are aware of what steps are needed to repair your chimney. I highly recommend their services.

We inherited a 2-flat apartment building from my in-laws. There was never any upkeep on the chimney in the 80+ years that they owned it. The tenants on the 2nd floor called us one night saying water was coming in. (apartment building is in Chicago, we live in WI) Naturally we assumed the roof. After further contact with the tenant it was discovered it was the chimney. Our Heating and AC company (Guardian Heating & AC) recommended Chimney USA, as they have worked with them in the past, and have always been satisfied with them.
We called Chimney USA on a Saturday afternoon. I spoke with Marna. They came out that evening to inspect the chimney. I certainly was impressed they came out within a hours of my call!!
The chimney needed extensive work. It was collapsing on the inside. They did preliminary work that night to stop it from leaking. They came out a few days later to really look at the chimney.
Mirna kept me informed every step of the way via phone calls and text messages with pictures showing us the damage and the work they did to fix all the issues.
The roof is very pitched which makes it harder to work on, besides being high.
They cleaned up after working to the point it didn't look like it was anyone ever there!
I certainly would recommend Chimney USA to anyone needing work on their chimneys. They tackled a very difficult job as if it was a piece of cake.

I would definitely recommend this company. My situation was an emergency and after calling several companies and being told they were booked out til mid December Chimney USA came through and added me to the schedule the following day. They took the time to talk me through everything as well as showing me videos and pictures of the work they performed on my grandmother's chimney. I will definitely use them again as well as recommend them!

Used this service for my Mom. They came out the next day in the time-frame they said. They were polite, professional, and explained everything along the way. They also showed us what they were doing and explained why. They were respectful of Mom's home, and cleaned up so well that you wouldn't be able to notice that work had been done. Pricing isreasonable, and the work comes with a warranty. I would recommend this company.

Mirna and her team were very professional and explained the problem we were having very well. I greatly appreciate her expertise and how quickly she was able to get out to do an inpection and resolve our issues. This past Tuesday and Wednesday Chimney USA came out and replaced my chimney liner, did masonry work on my chimney, and installed a brand new chimney cap. From the initial consultation appointment to the final aspects of this project, Mirna (job consultant and crew supervisor) and all of the gentleman that showed up for the job were courteous and professional from start to finish!!! They even took into consideration the weather forecasts so as to make sure that the project would not only be finished in a timely manner, but that it be finished RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!!! It was such a pleasure to work with professionals who take pride in their work and stand by the product they produce!!! I can now run my furnace and water heater without fear of carbon monoxide traveling through my home. Thank You, Mirna and Gentleman!!! I cannot thank you enough!!!

I am so glad I found Chimney USA! The gas company would not cut on my gas until I got my chimney cleaned and seals repaired. Mirna was so informative from the start. She explained every step of the process even before she started the work. She showed me pictures of every part. When she saw other things that were not right she pointed that out and fixed it and what was needed to get the heat back on. Mirna also did a proposal for me for the future to fix the problem permanently! I am so glad I found them because they gave me a quick appointment and they completed the entire job quickly!!

Super happy with the work they did on my 1902 house's chimney. They do really nice work at reasonable prices. On time and courteous. I felt very confident in their ability to get the job done right.

From start to finish, Mirna and team were punctual, responsive, professional and kept me well informed due to weather conditions. Crew arrived on time, did amazing job installing new liner, everything was shown and explained to me in great detail before and after work was done. The entire company is awesome. Mimra was in charge, she take time to explain everything no matter how many times she needs to help you understand. There was always smiles from all employees. They work very hard until they were satisfied with the Job none. USA was recommended to me through calling another company that couldn't take any more Jobs. I called had a 911 they came the next day, they tried to come same day but it was dark waited until next day. So far I am very satisfied, give it some time Chimney only been done two days ago. But I thank God for everything, carbon monoxide had took over my whole entire basement on his way up to the first floor but God have mercy on us. Gave us favor with Myrna and USA fix the problem expeditionally.
