Have used Netzel Manu times and have had a great experience each visit.

Very professional outfit, they've been to my home 3-4 times throughout the years and always fixed the problem quickly, reasonable prices too. You can't ask for more!

After two other plumbers had been to diagnose a problem with our upstairs neighbor's bath leaking into ours, Al from Netzel diagnosed and fixed the problem immediately. Very impressed!!!

Netzel really shines where it matters most: professionalism, outstanding quality, and above all else integrity. I cannot recommend them enough.

Tony from Netzel Plumbing just left our flat and did a superb job of replacing our kitchen faucet. He was friendly, efficient, and even took his shoes off before coming in out of the rain.

Jacob and team are so good. Clear and easy communication. Consistency. Professionalism. Painless. And I never thought I'd say this but: I like getting a plumbing invoice. 😄 Those things have great detail. It's a record I save in my files (yeah really). Call them.

We made the mistake of calling another plumber first. They were late, dishonest, their tools broke down, and our whole building was without kitchen water use for several days. Gave up on them and called Netzel, and will never call anyone else again. They were so helpful, professional, and all-around exceptional. Problem was diagnosed, & fixed quickly and at a fraction of the cost the other folks quoted us. Truly amazing people and plumbers! Can't recommend more highly!

Netzel arrived on the early side of the two hour time window they gave, they brought their own tools (seems silly to mention but another local company we tried just days before did not), identified the problem quickly and accurately (again, the other company was going though the wrong pipe and was unable to resolve the issue), fixed the issue quickly (in 2 hours vs the other company trying for 7 hours and no fix), and for a great cost (other company quoted us 4x the amount Netzel fixed the problem for), and we’re responsive to our phone calls. I can’t say enough positive about Netzel. We will be having them back to install a new toilet in our unit because we are confident in their work. Thank you!

We've used Netzel Plumbing for three jobs in the last two months on our newly purchased home. They resolved gas leaks that were found during inspection, repaired kitchen sink issues that were created by a handyman we initially hired, and did a big demo job to replace leaking pipes in our walls.

They're very responsive and friendly, they have a great texting system that notifies you when they're en route to your house, and the employees were very respectful of us and our home. Just note they're not open on the weekends so if you have a plumbing emergency on a Saturday you shouldn't expect a phone call back until Monday (something I didn't realize at first). They wore masks the entire time they worked, covered the flooring with plastic (and our furniture during the demo project) and sanitized everything before leaving. They also worked hard to keep the price affordable for us even after hitting unforseen complications inside our walls. Netzel is our plumber from now on, highly recommend!

I had an emergency problem with a hot water heater that "blew"
and Netzel Plumbing service came right out and brought a new heater and took away the old one. Two men! The heaters were
so huge and heavy. They took all precautions to protect my floors
too. They were quick, efficient and professional. They were forgiving to me who knows nothing about plumbing or where
things were. Will hire them for other help too! They were kind to
an elderly lady. I am so glad that Mike's Refrigeration put me into
contact with Netzel!

These guys are great! We had a couple challenging issues and they came back as necessary to figure them out. They actual return calls and show up when they say they will. In fact, we just emailed them today and because Jacob happened to be nearby, they stopped and fixed our exterior faucet, just like that.

Very very happy to know we have a good plumber on speed dial.

Really disappointed with our experience with Netzel Plumbing. We had faucets that were previously incorrectly installed (no fault of Netzel), but instead of identifying that and recommending we install new faucets, we were charged for 4 hours of labor for inadequate "fixes" that broke within a week and were later told we should have just installed new faucets from the beginning. Given we are not experts in plumbing, we were hoping to rely on Netzel for that type of recommendation and transparency upfront.
