Mark the technician came out to our house for an emergency sewer backup into the basement. He was personable, efficient, explained what he was suggesting and doing at every step and did a great job. He also gave detailed options for what we might do for follow-up to prevent the same problem in the future, including estimated costs. Great service.

Available on short notice to fix a leaky gas valve, they showed up the same day. The space to work in was small but they tried to do the job in the confined space without cutting a bigger hole and succeeded. Very kind and easy to work with all around. Especially in contrast to the plumber I worked with before who took 3+ days to schedule, this was a huge step up.

I experienced flooding in my home due to a toilet overflowing. I called Pierce Plumbing Service and scheduled an emergency callback with the after hours operator. Mark contacted me immediately and came out shortly thereafter. He figured out what the problem was and tackled it right away. Excellent customer service. Mark was able to come out less than an hour after we experienced a problem with a shower valve and had it fixed in 30 minutes or so. Fair pricing and quality work. Previously bought hot water heater from them as well. This company is my go to first call for plumbing services. Highly recommend to others!!!

Last evening I called Pierce Plumbing Service as I had a water drainage leak running from my second floor bathroom into my kitchen.They responded promptly and came first thing in the morning and was able to get a plumber the same day.He located and replaced the leaking pipes perfectly.The cost to repair was reasonable and less than I had expected. I was very pleased with the service ,the plumber was very friendly and knowledgeable.I recommend them fully.

All work done was great. Plumber fixed up a mess that originated with the old home owner who was a do-it-your-self. Pricing was reasonable, emergency service surcharge was very reasonable. I'd definitely use Pierce Plumbing Service again. I won't be procrastinating next time I need a plumber.

These guys went above and beyond on a weekend when our tankless water heater broke and needed replacement. Not only did they spend Saturday finding the right model to fit into a tight space, which wasn't easy to find, but then they came out on a Sunday morning to install it. The plumber did excellent work. Personable, experienced, efficient--that's how I would describe him. His work is just the best and I can't recommend Pierce Plumbing highly enough.

Hung up on me when I tried to dig in a bit deeper on price transparency. Apparently $99 for someone to come take a look

I didn’t need services, needed an estimate to replace a part. Told I had to pay $120 service fee anyway. The plumber was an hour later than he said he’d be. I paid the “service fee”. Yet, never received an estimate after numerous calls and emails. RIP OFF!!

this is a referral service, and not an actual plumbing company. you may get a good plumber that shows up or you may not. I did not and had to go through a maze of companies and phone numbers to figure out who actually showed up at my house. Pierce could not even tell me who they sent to my house. As a consumer, this is rather alarming really.

We have reached out to the company to remedy an issue and they haven't responded. They incorrectly replaced a wax ring on a toilet in a second floor unit in our building. As a result, sewage leaked into the wall and down to the ceiling of a first floor unit. If they had just fixed the problem, I wouldn't be leaving this review. We now have to repair our drywall to the cost of more than $2,500.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. I hired Pierce Plumbing to replace a wax seal in my toilet. When replacing it they crushed the seal and caused a leak into my downstairs neighbors apartment. After calling four times in two weeks I received no response and they have taken NO responsibility to help repair the damage. Complete nightmare.
